Remarks
First of all this college is accredited A+ by NAAC. It is also a very well reputed college around, mainly because of its campus placement opportunities, the infrastructure. The very decent crowd you will find inside the campus, these were the pros. Now let's move on to cons except for the college campus area the area outside (Sangam Nagar) is close to slums so there are many potholes on the road and around the area, in the rainy season the area outside of college gets flooded easily due to failed drainage system and there are lots of dirty puddles, if you step a foot in it you're shoes and clothes will get dirt all over it.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose to do this course because I had done my diploma in Electronics and telecommunication, so it was very obvious for me what course to do in BE. I went for the electronics department because it has the scope and many job opportunities in the future also growing up I have always had this thing for electronics, I used to understand the system in electronic devices and computers way better than any other subject. The faculty members are very well educated, some of them even have a Ph.D. in different subjects, most of them have also completed their post graduation.
Placement Experience
From and after semester 6 onwards students are eligible for sitting in placements. Big companies like 1. Mahindra tech 2. Accenture 3. TCS 4. Motorola 5. Amazon And many other companies visited for placements. But due to some reason I had a backlog which was the reason why I couldn't sit for the placements. Most of the companies had a requirement for no backlogs. And a CGPI of 7.0 and above. There were some companies which were offering jobs for below 7.0 cgpi also.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is, to be honest on the higher side (138000/-). For a normal middle-class person, these fees are very high. Luckily for me, I had gotten admission from Obc and Technical quota so my fees was a little bit less than the fees the open category students are paying which are almost 1.5 lakhs for obc it was around 85000/- rs per year. So it was a bit of a relief for me.
Campus Life
The college infrastructure is really excellent. The newly renovated campus looks brand new. We do have many sports facilities and grounds for sports. We do have a library which is big enough for 50-75 students sitting comfortably at a time and we are also given high-speed internet 24/7. And our canteen food is really excellent. We also have a gaming zone called S block it has carrom boards, pool, snooker, ps4's, pc to play counter-strike, etc.
