Remarks

I like this college because it provides a good panel of teachers, the crowd of the college is decent and sophisticated , the staff treats you well, studies are good but the college management should think something about the hygiene of college washrooms, there are no mirrors and the washroom is stinking. No proper initiatives are been taken by the college to give students outstanding events .my overall experience was great in this college. The admission process is easy, if this college is allotted to you then you just have to fill the form online through the board website and visit the college for payment of fees, I preferred this college over others because this college provides me everything I want, sufficient amount of study leaves, proper teaching, cooperating staff and many more.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The faculty members are co operating and they teach well , every doubt gets solved by the teachers , extra lectures are being conducted for us ,there were in all two tests and 2 exams , 1st unit test followed by 1st terminal exam , then comes 2nd unit test and lastly final terms , the papers were moderate , it was equally easy and difficult to pass

Placement Experience

2

No campus placement is given by the college, I personally approached a bank for my placement, I am a CA aspirant after completing my ca I will be going to the big 4s of Mumbai and will earn well. So the highest package of BCom student is 4L and after completing ca its minimum 9L.

Fees and Financial Aid

As it is a government college, the fees here are affordable it was 910 for syjc and now it is around 1k. The cost to study in this college is minimal, everyone can afford to study here, dr Radhakrishna is one of the many scholarships I know, financial assistance is given by the college if uh submit a specific form.

Campus Life

2.5

The college fests are not that great, I feel that there is something remaining in the fests, they are not happening, sports is one of the many things that is promoted on a huge scale in our college, there are many groups and club in our college

Interview Experience

3

I prepared for accounts, as my gd was regarding finance and accounts, students prepare themselves for the gd and then the test, as this is the way it goes, I was asked about the financial crisis faced in the country, and regarding business management

Other Applied Colleges

Hr college | Bcom

My percentage were not upto the cutoff

Placement Experience:

At TCSC placements are quite good as anyone. Even the SOBO colleges and Mithibai don't have placements as good as us. So this is why I always dreamt of studying here because since last 6-7 years, Thakur College placements have gone better and higher.

The good thing is that the college was not strict and was never forcing us to study rather it was seeing to it that it gave us proper advice and help us reach more towards my career goal. The bad part would be there were may staff which was very dull and was not kind, and no importance was given to correct their behaviour although it was evident by all.
