Feedback on what I have observed

I am pursuing my B. Tech degree from University of Engineering and Management, Kolkata. According to me no other college in West Bengal is better than this. From the education field to the sports field, from academics to extracurricular activity everything is too good. Every field gets its equal importance. Not only that college was ranked third as the best college in West Bengal. IEM-JEE is the ideal exam to get admission to college. You can get into it through JEE Main and WBJEE. No one want to miss the opportunity to get admission to the third-best college in West Bengal. Without any doubt placement record is excellent which attracts the more. I find programming and coding interesting and I love to stay and know more about technology. Faculties are less in number compared to the number of students increasing every year so it must be increased to an extent still the teachers give their best to reach every student. The ratio is 70 is to 30. The faculty members are highly qualified and well experienced. The technique of teaching is unique for every teacher and if you pay attention completely in the class half of your syllabus will be completed because they teach so good and also you will never forget what has been taught. You need to attend two-term exams per semester that is for the internal marks and is taken in the same way semester exam is conducted.

From 4th year onwards students are eligible to sit for campus placement that is from the seventh semester. Many well-branded companies visit every year with over 1000 plus job offers. Some of them are Adobe, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, and many more. Each and every student get placed every year because of the proper training they receive from the college. I am looking forward to an MBA after I get my B. Tech degree and for that college is giving proper training too.

Per year 1,30,000 will be going from your bank account and fees are taken by any medium from online to NEFT every kind of process is available. If you have 85% and above in your board marks scholarship will be provided accordingly. I have not sat for any campus placement till now but the seniors who have are happy with the job and stipend they have got.

The annual fest is the Edu Fest held in the month of February and about the tech fest there is no particular timing because every month some kind of competition or fest goes on related to technology or any other academic aspect. The library is quite big with a great number of book collections. Even the soft copy of each and every book is available so if you do not want to take the hard copy you can have the soft copy. Sports are held once a year during the winters that are during the start of the session of even semester with many kinds of events participate in. There is no specific website or club run by students because ultimately it is under the guidance of teachers.
