Remarks

From my point of view, there is no negativity in my college. Everything is good and becomes better day by day. The best thing which I like about my college is that it gives importance to sports besides studies. There is a cafeteria present opened for everyone and during lunch break, there are lots of options for food and that too at a cheaper rate. My admission was by JEE Main but you can apply for the college through WBJEE and also the university exam IEMJEE. Basically, I was suggested by one of my family member who is now working in TCS and passed out from this college in 2018. He was totally impressed with the teaching technique this college follows which will make your career secure. uem.edu is the official website of this college along with IEMCRP which is used by the faculties and the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

I have selected this course because the demand in the market for this course is high. Also, I enjoy making stuff which are based on technology. Students are huge in number might be the highest number of students any college has in this state. But teachers are also good in number but not in that number compared to the students but have not felt this lack because the teachers are extremely hardworking and are always there to help you out. The teaching technique is too good by the teachers, they make you understand a difficult thing in easy manner. This is because they have experience and are either pursuing their higher study or have completed. Term exams are easy if you follow the classroom teaching and they are conducted two times in every semester.

Placement Experience

5

Students can sit for the placement exam from the seventh semester which is the starting of fourth and final year.TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Infosys, Campegine and many other companies visit during placement. Seventy-two lakhs per annum is the highest package recorded this year and the average package is around six lakhs. All the students get jobs during placement so the success rate till now is a hundred percentage. I am looking for placement after getting my degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

Besides paying the semester fees of 65k there remain other expenses too. According to me, the college fees are a bit high but affordable. The scholarship is provided to those students who have 85% and above marks in their 12th grade. So if you are willing to get admission here study hard for your boards as well as for the entrance exam so that you can get a scholarship.

Campus Life

5

The annual fest is held in the month of February also known as the Edu Fest. Tech Fest goes on so there is no specific date like Hackathon, Robotics, and many others. Library provides us with every kind of book required and is open 24*7. The classroom has everything that is required from CCTV to space so it is quite good. The thing which I wait for every year is sports held during the month of February and many events takes place like sprinting, jumps and many others. The groups are mainly under the teachers but students are instructed to do whatever is needed for the group or club.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
