The college management is very good they are always looking to make things better.

KCET Score-114/180 I took this college as it had a good reputation as a balanced college and it is also very old and well known.

The course curriculum is supposed to be better than other ordinary colleges as DSCE is an autonomous college and they have their own curriculum the number of subjects is comparitively more as they have included languages like Kannada also.The course curriculum is fairly easy.

The college provides Internship but this is reserved for backwasrd classes and other classes only.

Almost every student is apparently placed in DSCE. The highest package last year was 12 LAkhs. But this year it has already increased to 15-18 lakh rupees. The overall placement is also very good. Many companies like Infosys, Dell, Cognizant hire people over here. Accenture is another big company which hires almost 500 students.

There are many events celebrated. Abhyudaya 16 was celebrated recently where there was competitions for Computer and mobile games such was CS and Quiz or Treasure Hunt also. Genesis is also another kind of event.They conduct many other events in which you can learn academically also.

The fee structure is rather expensive in this college. But you get the required Facilities and activities over here and thus it is worth the money The fee after any normal KCET fee that the college collected was arounf 31000 this is high compared to the fee collected by other colleges.

Not many Scholarships are available i do not have much knowledge about the Loan facilities available in DSCE.

The Campus life is pretty awesome the atmosphere is very good around here there is a good gender ratio. There are always some Extra curricular activities happening in the college there are Fests which have competitions such as Games or Cultural etc.

I do not stay in the Hostel the NRI hostel in our college is supposedly good. It is rather expensive as it costs around 3Lakhs a year. The Indian Hostel is not that good and a room is shared by 4 people. The mess food is also good. There are many activities for the hostilities such as Free Movie shows etc.

The senior students are very friendly and quite helpful when approached even the atmosphere is pretty chilled out and friendly.

The labs are well equipped and the teachers are very good the exams are pretty chilled out. There are two Internals instead of three the exams are well invigilated and carried out efficiently. The timings are also pretty convenient and are helpful to the students.

I got admission in this institute through my KCET Examination. It was a Government seat i had to verify my documents with the KCET authorities. I collected the admission form online and submitted it to the college fees was paid at a bank near the college and the admission was done.

The faculty is pretty good though we started with some inexperienced teachers, they have been replaced with better and more experienced ones. The teachers are not very strict have enough knowledge.The interaction level in the class is also good. The overall faculty grade would be above average.
