This college is recognised by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and is accredited by NBA (national board of accreditation). JNNCE is affiliated with VTU (Visveswaraya Technological University) and is recognised by the government of Karnataka. According to the India Today survey, it stands 7th in the state of Karnataka and 34th rank in India. Companies that visit our campus are reputed such as TCS, Tata elxsi, Global edge, Qspiders, Qualitas and many more. The campus is eco friendly, noise and pollution-free. It jas good infrastructure for learning, teaching and research. Also Spacious library centre with excellent placement cell activities. The faculty are excellent int their own fields. The highest package paid is 12 lakh per annum. The average package is 3.5 lakh. It is in association with IETE and IEEE.

The course electronics and telecommunication are one of the most rapidly evolving course due to e-vehicles and 5G generation. Our college has excellent faculty members, where each one of them has an experience of 18 to 22 years in their filed. It has good placement results. To mention as an example, if 35 are eligible for campus interview all the 32 have got placed in recent years. The student-faculty ratio is around 60:10. All the faculty members have pursued a Master's degree and a PhD in respective fields. We get our final exams results based on internal assessment and external exams. Exams are not so difficult but in the same way, they're not so easy too. We need to prepare ourselves well as our faculty help and teach us in all ways.

Campus placement is good. Students from 6th semester acquire the necessary criteria for campus placement. The companies which visit are TCS, Infosys, tata elxsi, qualitas, global edge, dell and many more. Final year pass percentage during the last 3 years is 97. Almost 60% of students get placed on campus. And looking at off-campus many get placed. In 2019 total 250 members have placed through campus selection. My plan after the completion of engineering is to join job.

In general merit seats, the tuition fee is 60,000/- per year. Extra college charges for bus and other facilities include 30,000/-, which in total will be around 90,000 a year. If you come through management seat then the yearly fee is 2,25,000. There are various forms of scholarship and financial assistance provided by the state government where terms and conditions are Applied based on reservation.

The annual fest will take place every year in May, which will be for 3 days. There will be ethnic day and sports day. Electronics and telecommunication branch has tech fest named telegma where models and project such as robots, circuits and other related things can be designed. There is an alumni and student contact app called "Instagram" Created and launched by students of our college. That app is used to clear doubts about career, profession and competitive exams. The campus is spacious with the good library as well as placement cell.
