I would strongly recommend you to join this college if you are really interested in marine studies.you will not get this environment anywhere in India.

IMU Cet and IIT both scores are taken into account.i got 5th rank and scored 95 marks.i was interested in this course since my childhood.

Too much learning experience with wider exposure since it's a marine course so you have plenty of options to do research.you can bring any new technology in our current ship and you get several opportunities for it here so I would like you to go for this college if u want to pursue your research degree.

No there is no any such provision.our college do not provide internship since we don't need it in our marine field.

You will get good opportunity but only if you are good at your college level studies the very poor student doesn't get to avail such chances and packages are best compared to any other engineering courses marine is famous for its handsome salary so you don't have to bother about it.

Every year a technical and a cultural fest will be conducted participation from all India are allowed and we get a good competition nationwide. The guests are invited whose speeches proves too much for students a fest called NATATORIAL is for marine engineers and the atmosphere during the fest is simply awesome.

2.25 lacks per year excluding exam fee. Exam fee on an average 5000 per semester.it's feasible.And you don't have any extra expenses apart from it.Uniform books copies everything will be provided to you.Even you will be given shorts tshirts innerwears nothing you have to purchase.

Every semester the 1st ranker of university gets one lack rupees and next 25 students get 75000 rupees.

Since it's a marine course very few girls prefer this college but we have a very good environment in our college students of all religions are present here there is no discrimination among-st all of us we all are same for college administration and we all exercises equal right on our college sports ground are well maintained and debate and other activities are conducted frequently.

Hostel to be very frank I would say we have the best hostel in India it's very comfortable with respect to space, airy, light and all other aspects. Mess is good with various types of food at different times nonveg and veg both are available and both south Indian and north Indian food are provided.

Seniors are really very very helpful and informative when it comes to any situation every time when the need comes seniors are the first to stand and help even in academics or in hostel or in mess.

It's once in 6 months and mid term exams will be there students may have to write various class test also in between semesters and labs will be scheduled as per your batch mostly you will have every 3 days lab in a week and your day will never be hectic it will be just a busy day with very good learning. Exams will be a bit tough so students have to put their best for it or else the way will be tough to cross.

First wrote CET exam then medical and personal interview at last.

All are well qualified and equipped with various ideas of modern technology they all are generally an experienced faculty and hence teaches a lot more than expectations the main thing is that all are from different parts of country and hence we get a good exposure too.
