Remarks

I chose this college because of the comparatively less fee among the available options. The campus is amazing and experienced faculties. Also, it was under the mentorship of iim Calcutta so the guest faculties came from IIM Calcutta. I got a call for Bodhgaya through CAP process

Course Curriculum Overview

Better industry exposure and career development1:20.The faculty is not as expected, most of them are freshers without previous experience in the teaching field. The curriculum is usually case-based and is similar to the curriculum of iim Calcutta

Course Fees: INR 2 per year

Internships Opportunities

Business development roles, management trainee, operations executives, social media marketing, digital marketing, sales, HR executives, finance intern, risk analyst and analytics executive, project manager, product development.

Placement Experience

1st term for summer internships and 4th term for final placements. Around 60-90 companies visit for summer's and finals The highest package is 18 lakhs and the lower package is 7ctc 100% placements, get placed in a well-reputed organization

Fees and Financial Aid

10.74 lakhs, better ROI when compared with the other IIMs and good private b-schools. They have mentioned need-based scholarships to assist students with economically backward class, but there is no update till now.

Campus Life

IIM Bodh Gaya has an annual management fest and YES event. The college has a library with a good number of books and magazines, a board, central AC, projector, and digital classroom, IIM Bodh Gaya has a very good sport's team with good diversity in sports.

Hostel Facilities

Bed, mattress, study table, chair, cupboards, curtains, and fan with an individual balcony to every room, with lockers mosquito net for windows, wooden flooring and shelves, and playground with sports equipment.

Hostel Fee: INR 50000 per year

Interview Experience

The interview process includes a WAT and Personal interview with a panel of 2-3 members. The admission process based on the cat percentile and overall cutoff including sectional cutoffs. I have prepared for my own but most of the students prefer coaching centers like TIME and Career launcher

"Happy MBA days at Cimage centre of digital technology"

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the MBA course in Cimage centre of digital technology for its focus on practical skills like leadership and strategic thinking, which I wanted to develop. It prepares me well for real world jobs with case studies and projects. I suggest adding more detail tools and industry trends to the curriculum. Exam 2 semester per year, well spaced but challenging some questions are tricky. Overall it's a solid course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses were harvard style case methodologies mostly, which could have been better with more practical exercises and examples. Simulation exercises were also their but not that effective. Teaching methods were ppt based.

Life at IIM BG

Placement Experience:

The median package is around 16L, and the average is around 14.5. 1st year students have to sit for the Summer Internship Process compulsorily, and in 2nd-year Final placements take place. The campus has recruiters from top companies for both processes and an excellent track record of 100%. I plan to impact society by making this a better place to live through informed decisions.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I want a career in this and the faculty is too good. They always co-operate with us. They also took care of us. The professors are too good they took classes regularly and honestly speaking teachers are soo good they never frustrate us no matter how many times we will ask the same questions.

Remarks:

1. Being from bihar, i preferred IIM Bodhgaya over other IIMs seat offered to me.2. RoI - Tution fee is less as compared to other IIMs and median salary is high.3. The institute was in its early years (just 5 years old) so would get to learn a lot and maybe implement new things in there just like a start up.

Students start to get offers from the start of the second year. The regular visiting companies are ITC, HUL, Airtel, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC AMC, HDFC Ltd., BFIL, Prism Jhonson Cement, Uttkarsh Small Finance Bank, Asian Paints, Berger Paints, TATA Advanced Systems, COMFED, JEEVIKA, TATA Power DDL etc. The average placement varies from 7-8 LPA every year. and has a record of 100 % placement since inception. I would be pursuing a job in finance sector after completion.

Inside story of IIM Bodhgaya

JIPMAT is a mcq based entrance test with 100 questions from 3 subjects, Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Ability. The difficulty is moderate and sums up to a reliable test overall. You are selected based on your composite score of 3 subjects if you qualify for cutoffs of each subject individually.
