College provides a good environment,good infrastructure,Teaching Staff is good,Well Equipped laboratories,libraries with enough study material,Well secured & comfortable hostel facility, Wi-Fi internet facility and many more u can definitely enjoy your engineering life here you also get enough holidays here as compared to other colleges,even the location is good. College management is very strict about ragging and very responsive for any concern.

My stream was Computer Science and Engineering. That course is very good in terms of career perspective. WBUT gave us a contentious coarse structure. AIEMD provided us complete infrastructure to gain the full in depth knowledge on that particular coarse. During out last semester we prepared the project after doing a lot of research. Our highly experienced faculty always motivated us to enhance our Research & Development enthusiasm. Thus we developed a lot of good stuff.

No, my college doesn't provide internship. But my college provides vocational training conducted in other colleges.

The placement scenario is more or less the same as that in other Private engineering colleges in our batch, about 50% were placed thorough on-campus recruitment rest were either placed through off-campus or pool campusing both during 4th year and few months after passing out overall, the placement scenario is quite mediocre in my batch mostly IT companies like WIPRO and Patni visited the campus salaries offered were in the range of 2.8 to 3.3 lakhs.

College fest which happens year. Different seminars on different subjects. Guest Lecturers came to provide the lecture on the current things. Inter state level sports competition. Interstate level quiz competition etc. We used to celebrate tech fest as well where events like video games competition , indoor games competition etc have been organized.

I payed admission fee Rs. 51,400/- and Tuition Fees – Rs. 25,000/- per semester. I would say College fees of AIEMD is moderate, not expensive at all like other engineering colleges. I was a non-hosteler. If you want hostel then you have add Rs. 15000/- with the tuition fee per semester.

Yes, the college provided half tuition fees waiver to 5% and full tuition fees waiver to another 5% students based on ranks of last year and low income certificate of the students family also college provided all needed support for getting education loan from bank.

Campus life is good with a lot of refreshment all around. It is a good education campus extracurricular like sport competition, robotics, debates are very good in colleges, these events are co-organized by college management and students as long as gender ratio is concerned it is good as compared to other engineering colleges and it is around 2:1 . Workshops are organized every month and it is compulsory for the students to attend these students are also mandatory to follow rules and have tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion. There is also art of living sessions by senior students given to junior students.

There were two boys hostel and two girls hostel inside the college campus. The hostel seats were limited and were allotted on first come first serve basis. The rooms were allotted twin sharing basis. Apart from hostels there were a number of PGs available in the near by location and rentals were around 2 thousand bucks.In the hostel the students were provided with a gym, television in common room, TT court, basketball court, badminton court.The mess food was average.

Our seniors are very helpful. We are connected in Facebook groups. They gave us adequate information during Placement time. So many of my friends got placed after getting the aid from our seniors.

AIEMD is affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology. WBUT has its own exam pattern. All colleges have the same Exam Structure. You have to face two semester every year. Our faculties guided us to successfully pass theses semesters. Exams are like fest. We enjoyed our exams because our college prepared us for this. So we haven't get worried about exams.

Faculties are highly qualified and very experienced. They hold Master degree in the respective coarse from reputed Colleges. They have taught for long years. They are always available in the college campus as well as in the phone/email to help you out.
