IIM bodhgaya review

The college was best among all the available options I got a call from imt, kj somaiya ,imi, tapmi so I chose Bodhgaya over others because of IIM I was sure about the quality of the education. The admission process was SAP it is a new additional process along with CAP. I followed pagalguy and had a mentorship programme by Bodhgaya they helped in the preparation of WAT and PI before the final interview.

The faculty student ratio is 1:10. The teachers are quite experienced in their respective field and always support the student in their field of interest. Harvard case studies are discussed in the class and teaching style help in understanding the current market scenario and then applying them to that. We have 2 exams in every term and it is difficult to pass them because it is usually application based.

Internship opportunities are available for all the first year students and business associate marketing intern, operation intern roles usually come This year, BNY, Kotak Mahindra, jio creative labs. Ogilvy came to the campus for hiring interns for summer. The stipend is also above 10000 and only a few internships are unpaid.

Placements are like any other baby IIM's and the placement is still going on last year the average was 11 lac and thus it is good in terms of ROI. Good companies with a good brand name do come offering roles for marketing, finance, hr, operations.

Fees structure of IIM Bodhgaya is divided into 6 term fees which sum up to 10.84 lacs it includes hostel and academic fees. The scholarship which is provided by mhrd is usually given in the college . College makes ensure that all the needy students get the benefit and can study without any financial pressure.

Campus life is really fun because of the great ambience of the campus the location is peaceful and several summit and event happen like Youth entrepreneurship summit, media or event CSR activities and others. College annual fest Elegante is a grand affair with celebrity also performing on the campus. Cultural and sports events are also organised every month. The college has a different club and committee for different interest of students.

Facilities of the hostel are quite good with good food and rooms are also well maintained with regular cleaning, good space and study desk. we get 4 meals a day and there is a facility of night canteen too, hostel fees are included in the fees itself and one has to compulsorily stay in the campus hostel

The interview questions were basic hr question Why MBA and strength weakness apart from that basic general awareness and situation based questions were also asked in the interview. The weightage of written ability test and interview add up to 40 percent I prepare with the help of my mentor who was senior to me and the college also provide WAT PI kit for preparation.
