IIM BG review

As per the limited information I had I found this college best among all the options. The ROI part of the college was better than others and it was closer to my place. Also, the name of college IIM as a brand was always there to motivate me towards the decision.

The term exams are being conducted on time and the exams do test our business acumen. The questions are application based mostly so we need to go through the application of these concepts taught in the class.

Internship opportunities are offered both on and off-campus. For details of companies visiting the campus please go to the official website and check. As for my internship experience, I will share as I complete my internship.

While writing this review both the Summer internship and final placements are an ongoing process. The SIP process starts from the 1st term itself. Further placement reports can be found on the official college website.

Last year when we join the college the feast was somewhere around 11 lakh which included the hostel fee but the message was excluded and the college also provides a need-based scholarship in which those who so ever is having family income of less than 3 lakh will be given some 72 75% of scholarship and those who come under the bracket of 3 lakh to 5 lakh will be given somewhere 50% and those who come under the bracket of 500000 to 8 lakh will be given 25% of scholarship waiver and talking about the jobs and there are various opportunities which are available at the start with the life project and we can do the number of life project we get ample opportunities and we can also do summer internships and we get two to three months of time to complete a summer internship and once we are done with this in the final year we get an opportunity to fit for the final placements as well and that's how we can get the job.

We are having 10 different committees and 15 different clubs which organises the various event in which we have got a sports committee admission committee placement committee cultural committee and we also have got admission cell which is exclusively for measuring the entrepreneurship ideas and taking it forward and the campus is overall quite happening place we get to celebrate different festivals let it be as small as Chocolate Day or let selected the day we celebrate festivals of different religions v also have different sports events happening throughout the year in which we participate so there is an academic committee which takes care of the different electives which are being slaughtered for the semesters so overall it's quite a nice experience.

We are provided with single occupancy rooms. Double occupancy rooms are also available. There are 3 hostels with about 100 student capacity in each so you won't need a PG outside the campus. Mess facility is available at each hostel with veg, non-veg and Jain foods. Sports facilities are not limited to Basketball, badminton and volleyball.

We had two different processes the very first process was backed in which we were given different topics so the very one topic which I got was that what is the role of women in the development of the country and we needed we got around 15 minutes time to write an essay on that followed by we had API round in which it lasted for somewhere around 20 to 25 minutes and we were asked about our questions related to our undergraduate background is work experience our interest our strength and weaknesses so after answering these questions we completed this process.
