After applying through cat I received a call from IIM. BG and Jammu I have gone through the Cap process which included interview and WI. The reason for selecting this college was the ROI and the and the location.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose HR as my major I had done BBA in the same field from Parul University. Here at IIM BG, we have very experienced faculties according to their respected domain. The whole curriculum is divided into 6 terms and it's quite difficult to pass without proper preparation.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like Kotak Mahindra, Adani, Bny came to our campus for different roles and the roles were offered were, Business Executive, Sales Intern, HR Executive and Financial Analyst were offered to name a few.
Placement Experience
If we talk about placements then we will be eligible in the second year for final placement. Average package here is 1100000. To name a few companies like Bny melon, Kotak Mahindra, EY came this year at campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure for the course is 1075000 and 200000 approx for hostel and mess. This year taking pandemic in mind IIM BG hadn't increased the fees which are also quite good. There are some scholarships but I have applied for any of it yet.
Campus Life
Our annual fest is known by the name of elegance which Is held in the month of March. Overall campus experience is quite good we have ample resources be it library or hostels or sports facilities all are perfect.
Hostel Facilities
We are having a single person room with all the basic amenities, plus we have washing machines and water cooler on every floor with common washroom. Meal quality is ok. It depends upon the daily menu.
Interview Experience
Is retaliation important was my topic for the wi and yes there was a personal interview round also which were kind of patterned interview? I have enrolled my name at IMS for cat preparation where I had practised for the capping process also.
