Close to my hometown in Delhi NCR. Well known for Marketing across India. Reputed college in India. Placements are better than competitor colleges. The admission process was well-structured and conducted smoothly.
Course Curriculum Overview
Marketing is the flagship course at IMT Ghaziabad. Good faculty: student ratio. Highly experienced faculty from industry and academia. Exams are application-based and require critical thinking.
Internships Opportunities
Roles depending on the major selected by the students. Well-known companies recruit interns from the college. Varied projects are offered such as in sales, marketing, finance, operations or Human Resources.
Placement Experience
IMT has been historically a good performed at placements. College regularly achieves 100% placement as per reports. Average package is ~13 LPA. I plan to work in the sales/marketing department after graduating.
Fees and Financial Aid
Cost to study is average with respect to the management education industry in India. Scholarships are provided on the basis of merit and for female and differently-abled students. The fee was not hiked this year due to COVID pandemic situation.
Campus Life
The annual fest is Passion, conducted in the later half of every year. Books have been made available online or mailed to students. Plenty of student-run clubs and committees. Clubs and committees regularly organize competitions.
Interview Experience
Admission process consisted of a Group Exercise and Personal Interview. Group Exercise tested candidates on on-the-spot thinking and ability to collaborate. The interview was based on my resume, past education and experience, as well as interests and hobbies. Prepared for an interview by keeping abreast of current affairs and general knowledge.
