Remarks
Our college has the most awesome crowd. As it has diversity, it doesn't look like a small Haryana or any group of a few states or UT. It is like a mini India, which is an amazing thing as you get to meet many different and smart people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Course Curriculum Overview
Almost 99% of the faculty members are very good and understandable. A good number of teachers does have a doctorate or in the process of doing a PhD. They are very good, and they help students to ask doubts even if the doubt is very small and respond to one's questions after the class through texts or calls. They work well in this COVID-19 condition. The course is up to date for people going to pursue higher studies or go in the teaching line in future as it covers the main topics that a researcher requires. It is not covered unto a significant depth, but certain depth is definitely achieved. It is good in the sense that students can select which subject suits them perfect and do higher studies and research in that field.
Placement Experience
It is a great college, and companies mostly offered jobs for sales, marketing and human resource. Almost 70% of the students got recruited, and the average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Almost 100% of the students got internships in different domain of companies.
College Events
Fests are awesome, but the annual fest named Nexus is one of the best fest held in DU. Fests and events are always held as they are organized by different departments. Overall, it is always remain active in extracurricular like any good DU colleges.
Campus Life
Labs and classrooms are well-maintained, and they have recently inaugurated the new building containing labs and upgradable classrooms. However, there are only library, seminar halls, few big lecture halls, ICT, etc. Labs have good air-conditioners. The canteen serves amazing and affordable food. You can get a wide range of varieties in vegetarian mostly and beverages. Our college has a very good cricket team for both sections. There are other games clubs like badminton, and it has very active and enthusiastic societies. Hostels are decent, but there are only a specified number of rooms for boys and girls for every limited course. So your selection in the hostel depends on your marks and distance from the state of where you come from.
