I applied for Xat and cat examination and i have scored around 74 percentile in Xat trough which i was shortlisted for kiit school of management in my first round.

Our course is backed by some of the great corporate minds along with excellent faculties. It is designed in such a way to develop co curricular, extracurricular, interpersonal and fine management led corporate skills to boost the student's confidence and their knowledge. Special attention are given to international students from around the world.

More than 25 reputed companies visit our campus to offer the internship program with handsome amount of stipend both their culture and our students culture match together which is healthy for both the students and the company.

Our college offer job's to each and every deserving student's and officially it has been recorded over 95%.the highest package has been offered of 13.5 lac and the average package was 5.5 lac no student goes empty handed from the college. They hold their pride of studying in this reputed college of eastern India jobs are offered by the company by looking at students quality. Their is no doubt of getting placed in a good company if efforts are a class.

3 days kolloseum is 2nd biggest b.school event organized by our college in eastern India student participation in this event is in huge numbers. The event consists of in-house cultural programmes, games and sports, song competition, workshops on management etc.

The fees structure of kiit school of management is feasible as compared to other b.school in this region. kiit school of management provides scholarship to the students who perform good in their entrance examination the infrastructure motivates the learning environment.35 acres of land covers a+class rooms, good cafeteria, 24*7 library for students, 500 seater auditorium, playground and courts and beautiful rock garden.

Scholarships are generally provided to good and qualitative students of the college. College provides stipend for internship. The certificate provided by the college are highly valuable for an individual in corporate life.

The kiit school of management has the gender ratio of 50-50 for boys and girls respectively. College is very eco-friendly in nature. Many events are organized by the college like HR conclave, marketing conclave, finance conclave. Many renowned speakers from various corporate sectors are invited for evaluation. Sports is highly encouraged by the faculty members and good players are supported by the university to play further in higher levels. Former 100 m athlete, Duttee chand participated in rio olympics was a pride for our college. Many international students are part of ksom.

The hostel provided by the university is quite good. Boys and girls have separate hostels. Rooms are fully furnished. Single room is accommodated by two people. Pg's are not encouraged by the college but if informed in advance college allots rooms in kiit guest house for the guest's. The food provided by the hostel are decided by the elected mess committee members. Mess committee members are selected by the higher authorities of college. If anybody faces any problem regarding hostel it is fixed within 24 hours as recorded till date.

Their is nothing like seniority in this college each and every student are treated equally as it is a ragging free campus seniors are very friendly to their juniors they are very helpful as we have various clubs like sports club, marketing club, finance club etc. the seniors help with sleepless nights.

Exams conducted by the university are scheduled before hand teacher cover their course within the limited period and some classes are arranged for doubt clearing so that the week before the exams aren't stressful rest depends on the question paper as subjects are taught practically it brings confidence in student to appear for the exams study materials are provided by the teacher.

What i have experienced in this college is all the faculty members of ksom are highly qualified and some of them belong to xlri, ximb, iim Ahembdabad and other top b.schools of India our teacher's main concentration is to harnish and polish the subskills of all the students and to make them able to be stars in real life corporate scenes.
