The Professors, Research lab equipments are good, apart from curriculum there are lot of opportunities in almost every field like games, dance, photography. The best part is freedom in college and bikes are allowed. You will love the college.Only the infrastructure was not good.
Course Curriculum Overview
Civil Engineering has reputed Professors with very good knowledge in the field. They help students to get paid Internship in foreign countries like France, Germany etc. Teaching method is very good, but there were 98 boys and three girls in our batch. Exams happens in two months like mid sem and then after two months end sem. The students of our college are good in academics they can score good marks in the exam by studying 2 days before exam.
Placement Experience
More than 90% students get placement in big companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon etc. Offer that some companies made is 1.2 crores, some offer 50-60 lakhs, some offer 24 lakhs. Very few companies provide less than 6 lakhs.
College Events
Infrastructure is not that good, but construction is going on. But you'll love the college for sure. It's the best college for curricular as well as non curricular activities. There are 6 councils and they have 6-8 clubs in each council. Like Sports council, Film and media council, Cultural council, SNTC for robotics, coding etc. The people are very serious about their club and they guide juniors to learn better than them. We have BHU University library aslo where one can get any kind of book which he/she wants. Although we have IIT BHU library which opens from 10am to 10 pm. As well as every department has their libraries too.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee Structure for students having income more than 5 lakhs is 1 lakh per semester. 1 to 5 lakh is 50000 Less than 1 lakh income 2000 including mess fess.
Hostel Facilities
In a room 2 students live and the mess food is very good. It includes breakfast, lunch, dinner. No boundation on entry one can enter anytime in the hostel.
Admission
No group discussion round or interview but Yes Jee mains exam and then jee advanced exam should be cleared with a good rank to get the college. I got 4342 rank general to get IIT BHU Civil Engineering.
