MIT Muzaffarpur is a government institution for engineering. It was established is 1954 with the name "College of Civil Engineering". This college is famous in whole Bihar for Civil Engineering department. The faculties, the laboratories makes this college awesome.

Course Curriculum is updated one. It was updated in 2018 only. Academics of college is very good. College gas enough industrial exposure for students. Faculties are all qualified with years of experience in teaching.

Placement Experience

Placement in the college is good for every branch students. Especially for Information Technology and Electronics and communication. Average placement is of Rs200000. Many companies like Alstom Pvt Lmt, HCL, TCS, Prisom visits college every year. Also pool placement is conducted by university in Patna only.

Campus life is very awesome. The happiness comes from the heart when we move in the campus. It's very beautiful. The students, their living style makes it more attractive. Many events such as sports day and tech fests are organised in the college itself. In tech fest, the other institution students are also invited to participate and represent their college.

Placement Experience:

The placement of this collage are not as good as it should have to be. Students gets as the average packlagge of around 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Branches like cse and ai also didnot get placements as it should have to be.Students depends on government vaccancies and offline placements like rozgar mela etc to got job. government should have to focus on these.

Placement Experience:

The placement is not so good but if you work hard about study then you will be selected for campus placement. Many companies visit here. 40 percentage students approx get placement. I have to clear competitive exams after it.

From last year students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like utkarsh small finance bank , Wipro visit our campus. In my batch , 20 student got placed. The average package offered was 15K per month and highest package offered was 25K per month. About 20% student had got placed. My plan is to get into reputed instution like iim, fms for MBA.

No, I haven't applied to any other college than MIT. My only preference was MIT Muzaffarpur. I have to do Engineering from Govt college, so I got to know about this college under Bihar Govt and was excited to join in. There's a common exam namely JEE Mains. Counseling to different colleges and branches depends on the score of JEE Mains. Once you cross the cutoff of JEE Mains, you're eligible to apply for BCECE Engineering counseling processes to get admission to Bihar Engg colleges.
