Remarks

It is located in main City. The distance from railway station or bus depot is around 2KM. College is located in peace area. Pollution is somewhat due to construction work in progress. In near future It will known to be famous college in North Bihar.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose Electronics & Communication Engineering as It was my interested branch. Faculty is good. All have higher qualifications from premier institute. Term exam was based on what has been taught in classroom. The exam was not too hard to pass it you were studied well.

As this college came into existence in 2017. No batches have been placed yet. But Training & Placement office of college engaged in providing training from prestigious institution and company.

College Events

Life at campus is too good. As I have not experienced that a lot because I was admitted in 2019 batch. Due to some reason the admission counseling started late. And after some time college shut down due to COVID Outbreak worldwide.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Currently there is no any fee hike policy. As this is decided by government of Bihar there is no idea about fee hike policy. Central level scholarship as well as state level scholarship is available.

Placement Experience:

The placement of this collage are not as good as it should have to be. Students gets as the average packlagge of around 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Branches like cse and ai also didnot get placements as it should have to be.Students depends on government vaccancies and offline placements like rozgar mela etc to got job. government should have to focus on these.

From last year students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like utkarsh small finance bank , Wipro visit our campus. In my batch , 20 student got placed. The average package offered was 15K per month and highest package offered was 25K per month. About 20% student had got placed. My plan is to get into reputed instution like iim, fms for MBA.

Remarks:

The state open university follows the rule and regulations of UGC, so the fee structure is transparent and very much nominal which is also much lower than any other college in the state. The payment mode like bank draft, online payment etc. is easily accepted by the college. Cash payments is not acceptable.

Positive:- Very Good college and working very hard to become one of best college of Bihar. Negative:- Very few faculty of civil engineering in our College, the lab facility for 3rd and 4th year student is not available at all.

I have applied to all the best engineering colleges in Bihar through the UGEAC counseling process. I have chosen this college as I have got my branch as per my interest and as well as it is not so much far from my district. I can travel for 4-5 hours and can reach college very easily. There are several trains, bus facilities available. There is a myth that students who got less marks in JEE exam comes here for admission. Honest review of college.

Admission in this college and course is based on jee mains result.it has very low cut off . Even if u score 50+ percentile u can take admission.
