Remarks
IIM Bodh Gaya will select candidates through the CAP process and call them for a personal interview. For the candidates who are shortlisted for the PI but are not qualified in the CAP, the PI will be conducted through a separate process called SAP. The final selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in the written aptitude test (WAT) and personal interview (PI).
Course Curriculum Overview
The PGP program at IIM Bodh Gaya is divided into three segments. The first year contains the core courses and summer internship for a period of 8 weeks and the second year contains elective courses. There are a total of three terms in a year and each term has a span of over 11 to 13 weeks.
Internships Opportunities
IIM Bodh Gaya has a 100% placement record in the summer internship process. The highest salary package offered in the summer internship process is INR 2,00,000 and the average salary package offered is INR 51,414. The top recruiters of the summer internship are Crompton, Maruti Suzuki, Reserve Bank of India, SIDBI, RAAM Group, and NTPC.
Placement Experience
The highest salary package offered in the final placement process is INR 17.3 LPA and the average salary package offered is INR 9.52 LPA. A total of 50 reputed companies participated in the final placement process with over 65 offers. The top recruiters are Tech Mahindra, Bisleri, Maruti Suzuki, Kent, HDFC, Aditya Birla Capital, Reserve Bank of India, Byjus, Oyo, and Amul.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total academic fee for the first year including the tuition fee, room rent, caution deposit, and academic charges is INR 5,35,000. IIM Bodh Gaya also provides scholarships to deserving and meritorious candidates. The scholarships include the Central Sector Scholarship Scheme of Top Class Education for SC, Central Sector Scholarship Scheme of Top Class Education for ST, Merit-Cum mean Based Scholarship Scheme for Minority Communities and Scheme of Scholarship for Top Class Education for Students with Disabilities.
Campus Life
IIM Bodh Gaya has a beautiful and calm surrounding which keeps the students calm even on the stressful and hectic academic day. The Institute also has a sports facility where students can practice for indoor and outdoor games.
Hostel Facilities
The entrance of the hostel has a basketball court and volleyball court. The walls of the hostels were adorned by marvel and dc characters to give a lively fee to students. Each corridor has a water cooler and a common washroom. The rooms in each corridor are either single occupancy or double occupancy depending on the preference of the students.
Interview Experience
The initial screening is through the CAP process and then candidates shortlisted will be called for the personal interview process. The candidates shortlisted for PI but who did not qualify will be going through a different process called SAP. Based on the performance of candidates in WAT and PI admission will be provided.
