Remarks

I selected this college because everyone knows my college is india's no.1 NIT. I got a rank of 550 in JEE MAINS and I screwed up in JEE Advanced. So I got very good rank in JEE mains so I opted for NIT Trichy.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course Curriculum and syllabus in my college is well and good these are not outdated and not advanced. My College's syllabus is good. The Academics in my college is very amazing as my college is No. 1 NIT my college Academics are very good and Faculties are very nice.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Placement Experience

As this college is known for placements. Many fortune 500 companies visit here and the average package of Computer Science and Engineering students is 20 LPA.

College Events

The campus life in NIT Trichy is very amazing and the campus of NIT TRICHY is very big and students get enough time to explore themselves. Every students in my college are Like minded students. Events in my college are one of the best in India.

The only criteria to get into my college is JEE Mains.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

GOOD PLACEMENT RECORD

Admission:

I got 1150 out of 1200 in my 12th grade. 199 out of my cut off mark 200 for merit.Application for Engineering and Medical Counseling. Selected in both. But I prefer M.B.B.S than aeronautical engineering. I went to counseling in Chennai and then chose Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital in Tamil Nadu.

For mba they take cat score only and I am not sure of cutoff but it might range between 75 to 80 for general 70 to 75 for ews and obc . NIT Trichy In A Nutshell

I personally am from Maharashtra so for VNIT Nagpur I Would Have Got ECE(HS) But Is Prefered this college for its national importance and name....i Even was getting top maharashtra colleges from MHTCET.....I wasnt Able To Clear The Criteria In JEE Advanced to Get Into IITs And Hence Couldnt Go There....The 2nd paper went terribly wrong for me but now i am happy....We have the match the required criteria in jee mains to get this clg....also 75% in boards is inportant for Gen and OBC and For SC ST it is 65%....Then Go Through a very very long admission process named JOSAA then CSAB(if you want to upgrade your seat) Then Pay The Fees And Report Physically...Read More
