Remarks
The main reason was it was under mentorship of NIT-T. Good-Good for CSE Students as there is good atmosphere and great for coding and stuff. Even the help from faculty is very good. Some clubs are running fine with competitions and seminars. Bad-No own campus. Website-Official IIIT Trichy website.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is excellent and the faculty are highly qualified are good with thier teaching methods except few. I was interested in Electronics and Microprocessor and stuffs so selected ECE. The strength is just 22. Exams are always conducted as per schedule framed before sem even in this lockdown. The difficulty level is moderate to pass but extremely high to score excellent marks.
Placement Experience
From 7 th sem they are eligible for campus placement. TCS,Infosys. Almost all get placed who are desired. Some who pursued higher studies in the top colleges which they dreamt off.
College Events
As there is no own campus there is nothing to discuss much. But the books in library are sufficient. The classrooms functionality of clubs are good with incharges. Even there is a Student Council and elections are conducted. Prothymos, atrang such tests are conducted.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure 88,000(Tuition)+35000 (Hostel &mess)per sem. No fee waivers for general categories Tuition fee waiver for SC ST category. No scholarship from college side but certificate which are necessary are given by them if you need. Even education loans are easy to get.
Hostel Facilities
With hostel and mess included. As of now it is fine but we are going to shift our own campus which are expected to be good. The food is fine and they consider the desicion of student with due respect and change catering services too.
Admission
Jee Mains. Actually the exam that must be written is Mains you have get good rank. To get this college. You can participate in Jossa and Csab counselling to get admitted.
