I took the WBJEE exam after my H.S. exam and I got 29k rank and I took admission in this college BUDGE BUDGE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY through the counselling process of WBJEE. I have already chosen this college because I heard a lot about my college, like their placements, teachers, fests and to be very honest I wanted to know more about this college. So I called on their number which I got from my college's website bbit.edu.in, they told me to visit their college once and talk to them. I went there and the experience was so beautiful. I took admission here on that day, the infrastructure is so good, the environment is so peaceful, perfect for studying. The library and the ground took my heart. Also, they organized a scholarship for me for my economical condition. You can search on youtube also to gain more information, which I did 2 years back.

I choose this course because I love the subject of computer science. And also I heard that CSE students have a lot of advantages here and yes it's true. The faculties are so friendly, they help us so much, also they give extra doubt clearing class for free, this is a great point of this college, does not matter what course you are taking, you will have free doubt clearing class after college hours, you can go to them, talk to them, they always happy to help us. Our department organizes many seminars, so you do not have to pay for this to get a certificate. Also, many lecturers come to our college for us. I will recommend my college if you want to take CSE after your schooling and if you are in Kolkata.

From the 3rd year, the students become eligible for campus placements, but I heard a lot that the 2nd also get placed sometimes. So you have to prepare for jobs from the first year. The companies like TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO, AMAZON and many other companies visits our college to hire students. The highest salary package is 10LPA. 90% students get placements every year.

They generally charge 45,300/semester for everyone, but if your financial condition is unstable you will be getting a scholarship for sure. For them, they only charge 37,800/semester. I think it is not too costly if you are doing B.TECH like courses forms a private college. They offer campus jobs, many companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, amazon etc. come to our college and hire 3rd year and 4th year, college students.

Our fest is MAGNUS and the tech fest TECHMEDHA, and also there is a fest organized by only the department of CSE. Magnus is organized by the college in the month of February every year. The classrooms are large, decorated. Our college has its own swimming pool, basketball ground, playground and there are some teachers also to teach this extra activity after the college hour.
