Overall Good University to Consider

J.C Bose University of Science and Technology is a reputed government University located in Faridabad City. And I live in Faridabad itself, so when I thought of pursuing MBA, this institution was one on my list.

MBA is a new addition to this University, so the faculty and student ratio is low. There was a staff of 10 faculty members only for 240 students of MBA and 240 students of BBA. Although the faculty members are quite supportive and the teaching method is more based on presentations which is according to me a good call for students for personality development.

Yes, the college provides opportunities for off-campus internships and the time period available for that is two months only between the end of the second semester and the beginning of the third semester. My specialization was in finance, so i did my internship with Classic Honda as an Accounts Intern.

Students were eligible for placements in the last semester only. Before that, if u get a job, they don't provide you NOC to work with your studies. Also, a minimum of 70% attendance is mandatory. So, even if you have a great opportunity to work, you can't opt it.

Total fee for MBA for payable in four installments i.e, before every semester. Students who have scored good marks in their graduation are eligible for certain scholarships. Also, students who have any kind of achievements in sports can apply for scholarships. About campus placement, I would say that they provide more opportunities to B.tech students than management students.

Life at J.C Bose University of Science and Technology is good. They have an annual fest named Elements Culmayka which lasts for 3 days. Also, they have a number of clubs like yoga club, dance club, drama club for social activities.
