Course Curriculum Overview

4

I have interest in computers that's why I chose this. The curriculum does not help us in meeting the skills required in the industries. The course must focus more on the practical rather than theories. There are sessional exams 2 times every six months. And once in 6 months are semester exams. And level is fine

Placement Experience

2

After 6 th sem students are eligible for campus placements. This year 25% approx students got placed max package was given by Google that of 33 lpa and lowest was of Accenture that was of 4lpa. Companies visited are josh, samsung, google, Accenture. After degree I would like to get a good job

Fees and Financial Aid

Avg 6 months fees is 54000 and yearly fees will be 108000. Tuition fees is 93000 and development fees is 3k around and exam fess is 3000. There are some scholorships for sc and st students where there whole fees get reverted back. There is only scholorships for girls and categories students

Campus Life

1

There is no campus life as there is no college. No fests are being organised since I joined this college. No festivals are celebrated in college nothing is good about college life. Books are there in libraries and no extracurricular activities except for ncc. There are clubs that make something interesting in college. Also the college is 23 acres only

Admission

I have applied for nit kurukshetra but I was getting mechanical engineering there but I have interest in computer engineering that's why I chose this.i was not well prepared for jee mains and got less rank as required for cs in nit. There is online site techadmission hry where we have to fill the whole details along with 12 th marksheet. Only jee rank matters for this college

Faculty

4

Faculties are very good. But the problem is they focus more on the theories rather than practicals that are required in industries. Faculty to student ratio is 1:80. I liked my computer network teacher because she is very cooperative and helped me in studies and also in labs. The oops teacher was very rude and is very strict that's why I didn't liked him. There are 2 sessionals in 6 months and they are a bit tough and the semester exams are not that tough they are once in 6 months. Approx 2-3 students fail only.

Night Life

2

No gyms nearby college or in the college no mess as no hostels. Everthing closes after 12 at night. Cafes are there nearby. There is nothing to see except for malls nearby only thing is that metro facility is nearby so we can roam around and get anywhere in metro

Other Applied Colleges

National Institute of Technology - [NIT] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Mechanical Engineering)

I was more interested in computer engineering rather than mechanical or other

So the students can sit for placements right after their completion of 6th semester. The Campus also invites a wide number of companies in the college for placements and a lot of students get placed. Although the placement is not too high.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am in the computer science and engineering branch. I want to be a software developer and I am passionate about coding and I love to code that's why I am chosen this branch. The faculty members of my college are awesome and helpful. They are well qualified and knowledgeable. They cooperate with students in every situation . they focus much on the weak student so they can also pass the exam. they use the blackboard and smart classes both to teach the student effectively. we have industrial exposure also. the well built spacious will have no importance if not for the wonderful faculty the college has. All are faculty members are highly knowledgeable and done their post graduation from one of the top colleges like IITS. and most of the teachers are GATE qualified and even it is not once. they are writing the exam regularly. so, if you prepare for the GATE exam, then you can get great help from them. they used to prepare us for the GATE exam, along with academics

Remarks:

I am a Delhite and my college is on outskirts of Delhi and also i being residing near du north campus used to think i will enjoy the same college life. but being into a professional (b.tech) course gave me a different view of college and its life. i came to know how to lead a professional ethic life, learnt some good meaningful things.college management is getting strict day by day for laws against students but the other tasks like things that need to be get done from peon are not getting done. ac's dont work even after complaints. in total the college needs a great improvement else it will keep running the business with no fruits.
