The admission process at IMS starts with a Group Discussion followed by a Personal Interview. IMS Ghaziabad is a flagship Institute with over 30 years of excellence. The teaching pedagogy provides innumerable exposure to students. The Institute does conduct Global Talk Series, Alumni Talk Series, Expert Talk Series to help the students get acquainted with the glimpse of the Corporate.

PGDM course helps you redeem your credentials and it acts as a catalyst in having a meteoric rise in your career. The Faculty: student ratio at IMS is quiet phenomenal which stands at something around 2:10. The Qualifications of the Faculty is excellent. The faculties are either from IITs, XLRI, FMS and many more reputed educational Institutions. The course structure is a Trimester type where each trimester takes 3-4 months to complete. And per trimester there are two exams namely Mid-Term Exams and End Term Exams. It wasn't that difficult to pass as it's just about focusing on the class and implement all the learnings in the End Term.

Indeed, Internship offers are being made to students in the 3rd Trimester only. Companies like ITC, TATA AIG, Bridge Group Solutions have picked up students for the Internship to date. And more companies are lined up for the students in the coming days. The stipend ranges from 5000 to 15000 depending upon the profile and company.

The Placements are lucrative ones. Students do get irresistible offers from companies. From the 4th Semester itself, the students do get the opportunity to sit for the placements. 131 companies did visit IMS last year and with a total of 322 offers. The Highest package (Domestic) - 12 LPA Average package (Top 50 Students) - 9 LPA Almost every other students were placed successfully at IMS. My plans after getting the degree are to get settled at a reputed consulting firm and look to expand my career in the same.

The cost of the Study includes a total of 7.9 Lakh for the two years of the course. For the first year, the fee is 3.9 Year. For the second year, the fee is 4 lakh. IMS does provide a scholarship of Rs. 25,000/- to a girl child. And it does provide scholarship to academically strong students with a stable percentage throughout 10th, 12th and Graduation.

Cultural Fest - MELANGE-21 Presently, the Library at IMS has a collection of over 44,000 books, a subscription of over 5513 national and international journals in both print & online formats and over 8 lakh e-books. Classroom amenities include the availability of a projector, fully air-conditioned room with a podium for students to speak in the classroom. The Institute is highly reciprocating in carrying forwarding extracurricular activities on the campus. Students do have accountability to manage a few social groups and few websites on social media which is run by the students.

The facilities in the Hostel room includes a study table, a Place to keep your laptop and a sufficient lighting system in the room to do with the study. The quality of the meal is maintained and the same been can be seen from the very beginning. The food menu includes all the veg food items. The registration process for the Hostel is being executed at the time of Admission.

The GD topic usually varies covers all the recent topics. And the Interview question follows the chronological order of personal details, educational background, why PGDM and many more questions. The Criteria for the selections includes 60% in all the academic background starting from 10th, 12th to Graduation. No, I did not prepare for the Interview.
