Remarks
IMT Ghaziabad is one of the best college present in Delhi, for a person who doesn't want to leave Delhi, it is the best college to be in. In terms of exposure, earning and placements, it is a great college to become part of. The admission process is also quite fun as they don't have a GD rather they have a Case discussion.
Course Curriculum Overview
Teachers who teach in IMT Ghaziabad have more than 5-10 years of experience, most of them were part of the corporate world. Many times guest lecturers are invited to give a different perspective to students on various topics. CXOs from various companies are invited to give leadership talk. The faculty is great and is very helpful and supportive.
Internships Opportunities
Most of the students get an Internship from within the campus, very few students opt out from the placement process only if they get better opportunities outside the campus. All the top FMCG, FSI and Banking companies come for hiring, the average stipend is between 45000-65000.
Placement Experience
Campus placement generally starts from the mid or end of the 4th semester that is the second year. All the top companies from different sectors come for hiring, Even though the batch size is more in IMT Ghaziabad in comparison to other colleges, still, almost all the students get placement from within campus only.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are a bit high in comparison to a few of the IIMs but it is worth it, as the level of services provided is also good, in terms of placements also more than 90% of the batch gets placement from within the campus. Scholarships are part of the curriculum and are provided to students who require financial support.
Campus Life
Life at the campus is one of the best experience that a student can have in his life, IMT Ghaziabad has a big campus, everything is provided within campus only, you don't have to go outside for anything. The library is great as it is up to date with the latest books and magazines/journals. Classrooms are neat and clean and provided with all the facilities.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels play an important role in any B-School as it teaches you a lot of things, all the group discussions and brainstorming generally take place in Hostel only. IMT Ghaziabad has one of the best Hostel facility, wherein all the basic and comfort facilities are provided, based on the hostel fees, the service provided is also great.
Interview Experience
There was a Case Study that was given to all the students who belonged to a certain group, all the students were told that they have to come to a conclusion together as a group. People who were more assertive were able to perform well in that round, after that there was a personal interview that revolved around subject knowledge and current affairs.
