If you have a percentile between 90-96 then IMT Ghaziabad should be one of the options that you want to look for, it is located at the heart of our country that is Delhi, almost all the top companies have their base in Gurgaon which is part of Delhi NCR. IMT Ghaziabad has a strong alumni network which helps them to get good companies on campus, even during the time of the pandemic, placements are going on really good.
Course Curriculum Overview
In terms of learning opportunities, IMT has the best curriculum for a student who wants to pursue his career as a manager, the college gives you a holistic experience that equips you to prepare yourself for your future endeavours, the curriculum is prepared in such a way that students learn the basic skills of handling pressure, time management and networking which are the essential skills which you require in a corporate world.
Internships Opportunities
Internships are provided within the campus, students have to go through the same selection process which is there for final placements, companies first shortlist students on the basis of their profiles that is their academic background and achievements plus their prior work experience if any, once a student is shortlisted he/she has to go for a GD/PI process, once he clears that, he gets selected and an offer letter is given to him.
Placement Experience
Placements are really good at IMT. All the students get placement from within the campus, very few get a placement from outside campus or they opt out due to their family businesses. In my opinion, IMT Ghaziabad is one such college that has a huge batch size but still is able to place all the students. It's not that since the batch size is large because of which the opportunities are average, students can get the placement of as high as 30lpa from IMT Ghaziabad, on average they get 12-15LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are 1953000 which is paid in instalments. Students can choose to pay it on their own or go for an education loan which is provided at a reduced rate by a few banks as they have tie-ups with the college. Financial assistance are provided to all the students who follow certain eligibility criteria, scholarships are also provided to those people who belong to the EWS category but are performing well in their academics.
Campus Life
Life at the campus is really good, IMT Ghaziabad has a huge campus, full of trees and grasses. All facilities are provided to the students within the campus because of which they don't have to go outside. The library is kept up to date with recent journal and magazines. Throughout the year various cultural events take place to allow students to portray their creative side as well. Case study competitions are something that happens on a day to day basis.
