Remarks
I get nostalgic when I get to right or remember about my College. Starting from the campus (which is super cool) to the teachers, to my friends, it was amazing. I would love to go back to my college and spend a life time there (Obviously with my friends ;
Entrance Preview
There was no such entrance exam back then to get admission into B.Sc. Zoology, It was purely based on the academic record. I had applied for this course in other colleges of Delhi University and was lucky enough to get admission in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum back then was not very hectic as we had an annual mode. But it has changed quite a bit in the past 4-5 years, so as of now, I don't have much clue on that.
Internships Opportunities
I had no internship experience as it was not mandatory in our college.
Placement Experience
Placement is not that good. Very few companies appeared for the placements. Out of which Google was one. I don't have that much knowledge as to how the placement is now a days.
College Events
Tempest- the annual cultural festival. It was very much over hyped back then. But now a days, it is super cool. They usually get big stars to perform now.
Campus Life
My college was a girl's college, so no question on gender ratios. Every DU college is famous for its Extracurricular activities so was MH. Labs were also well equipped. Campus life is fun, if you are from non science background as in Science course, you would spend 90% of the time in labs. But if you wanna enjoy your college life, I would suggest, Do join any of the Club and enjoy it to the fullest.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels super cool, but only 2 students per course get the accommodation there which is again based on how you performed in 12th. Fees, back then I paid just 10K per year. Mess food is okayish.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is bad. You would just be in touch with your friends. Senior students were quite helpful there.
Faculty
Faculty is super awesome and very much dedicated. Some of the teachers make you love that subject which they teach.
