Remarks

IIT Kharagpur is a premium college in the Technology Domain, IIT K is also well known for MBA in Various Fields like Marketing, HR, Finance Etc. Admission is the same as other B- School of India. Application is Rolled out for HR course and on the basis of Score Students are Called for GD/PI Round Fees are low for this College and Higher ROI.

I have chosen this course as it has good ROI and also had an interest in the HR Domain. Faculty are highly qualified and have Industry Exposure, so the Course pedology is as per to Industry. we have two-semester in a year so exam is conducted through case studies, class participation, and final term exam

Internships Opportunities

Yes, College does provide Internship opportunities to the Student. Some of the companies were Amazon Zycus, Cognizant which visited our campus for the Human resource Role. Average Stipend was around 20,000 Rs and the highest was 50,000 Rs.

Placement Experience

In the third Semester which is the beginning of the Second Year, Student gets Eligible for the Campus Placement. Some of the Companies are Infosys, Zycus, Cognizant Etc. visit the campus. Highest package was around 17 lakh and the average was around 10+ lpa 100% placement record

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not faced any fee hike this year. As due to covid Fees was same as the last year. The scholarship is provided to those students who have lower Family Income. Students can also avail loans from the Banks like HDFC,SBI, etc.

Campus Life

Annual Fest is Conducted in the month of January. Online Access is given to us for Accessing the Library Digitally. I have not visited the campus till now, so don't know about classroom Amenities There are various clubs in the college that organizes the Event throughout the year

Yes GD/PI Round is Conducted Gd topic was majorly from the Current trending topic, such as CAA/NRC Etc. In PI Process, panel member ask question-related to my job experience which I had I have done self-preparation while I have taken test Series for CL

Placement Experience:

The placement record in my college is preety good. 80-90% students are already placed this year. Average package is around 9.5lpa. Companies like ICICI, KPMG, PWC, Vedanta, Mother Dairy and so many are coming for recuiting students.

Placements are good sometimes but not exactly sure because some batches are not placed somes are placed or somes are not then they trying to get placement for own if i talk about the percentage of placement then i would say 60% not 100%,for 3rd semester students are eligible for placement & one terms is here that is 75% attendance is mandatory for getting placement, i have visited 3-4 companies & they offer 3.7-4 lpa package,my plan after getting the degree, firstly i looking for a company around 4-5lpa package then i started to develop my self

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course only because of our HOD, but after completing my course, he left the course. He has helped us with all the things like web development and seo skills. By doing it practically for every student, he offers a domain for every student. I had difficulty with Google Ads & meta ads because it was taught by another faculty. The exam times were different by 3 months.

Placement Experience:

Till now I am seeing in my own eyes that in previous year, there is a 270 student in marketing and now right now the 15 student left to place and rest of the team are already placed to a many companies like ENYF Flipkart in Bandan Bank ICICI bank in a mini sector in FMCG also and FMCT also, but and retail, but I told that the ratio of placement is too higher than other college and also giving the good package is. The main thing with the job rule should be maintain the package.

Name of the companies visited - TCS, WIPRO, MICROSOFT, TATA, IBM , AMAZON etc. 51,00,000/yr highest package and average package 5,50,000 as per company and profiles offered. 97% students are getting placements.
