About Campus.

It was a good experience for whole two years many memories are still in mind.

Written test conducted by IRMA. XIMB authority shortlisted on basis of scores in different segment. Then they called me for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Course curriculum was ok for Rural Development and Rural Management and Agri Business Management. Few electives were too effective like Retail Marketing, Input Marketing, NGO management, Micro Credit Management. Written analysis and communication. Few visiting faculty from IIM and XLRI who taught us like operation managment and other courses.

Provide internship. But it was not good. Even we did not receive committed stipend . For the even no one help us to get stipend part. Total stipend for two months was Rs 24000/- but we did not receive any amount.

Placement scenario was so so. Placement was 100% and average salary was 6.5 Lakhs per annum. Number of companies were from Banking sector, Insurance Sector, Microfinance sector. Agri input marketing, Research Organisations and few others. Package offered and graded were not as per expectations.

Regarding event it was best part of campus life. At all occasions we celebrated in campus. Annual fest was too good. Student Committees were assigned all task to organised events . We had started Rural Marketing Association( RMAX) to organise Rural Fair at a rural location.

When we passed out fee structure was feasible. Easily management were felicitating for SBI scholar education loan. We paid Rs 3.76 Lakhs. We needed to pay semester wise. But hostel maintenance was not as per the expectations. Class rooms had both audio and visuals equipment.

College facilitate SBI scholar education loan with interest rate lower than regular interest. SBI employees done all formalities in campus. So it was an easy process.

A journey of two years in campus was to good. It was a learn with fun experience. We enjoyed assignments, group and individual tasks. Classes on weekends on visiting of guest faculty. Placement days and post placement days. One months annual fest preparations and execution days. Student council elections.

hostel facilities and mess food was not up to the mark. in 1st year three students were sharing one room and in second yr two students were sharing one room. So for 1st years hostel experience was pathetic. Mess food were good. They were providing a good combination of Veg and Non veg foods. Ala carte were also available.

At that time Alumni network was not so strong. Being not too old course Alumni were not able to help strongly but yes they always motivated and guided us.

It was a mix of theoretical and assignment based. It was bot hectic and chilled. Few exams were open book method also. Few were computers bases assessment also. Grading systems wew like A+, A, B+, B, C+, C, D+, D. It was all depends on assignments. Assignments were inhouse and outside campus also

Faculties were as per the course requirement. Internal faculty were specialized with Few visiting faculty from IIM and XLRI who taught us like operation management and other courses. Few faculty were relatively below standard. Few faculties course material were not related to course title.
