IMT Nagpur worthy or Not

The good sides are multiple domains, location is fit for me, residential campus, good brand image, good placement and packages history, peer learning. On the bad side, I can say not to get those benefits because of online classes. I filled the college form at the time of IMT Ghaziabad forms were opened and my process was happened in the march in IMT Nagpur itself The reasons are I prefer residential college over only a building block of b school and its packages and placements were seemed quite good to me then I discussed to few students over social media and get answer of my queries before joining this college. IT is one of the best residential colleges on tier 2 b-school list

I preferred pgdm core because I was not sure about my specialization and the mostly faculties are phd holders. There are around 45-50faculties and the ratio is 1:20 because they work in different timings. They taught us in the best way they can because of online classes and in the first term, things were quite new for us so the term exams are but then we used to of them. And then if you study in the class and a bit outside, you can easily pass the term exams.

There are more than 50companies that came for a sip on our campus. I am working as a business development intern because I want to pursue in the marketing domain, there are so many roles offered likes sales intern, bdi intern, digital. Marketing intern and many more.

I am a first-year student, after completing my summer internship, i am Eligible for placements and around from Sep.- Octobers the companies are coming for placements, around 90+companies came and around 280 + offers are made. The highest package is 17 lakhs and the average is around 7.9 -8 lacs Around 95% + students are placed in my senior batch and others will be placed soon.

For us, the fee is 12.1 lakh and there are few scholarships, like if you get more than 90..%ile. In cat or xat exams, you will get the 65% scholarship in the fees and the other one is if you topped in the first year you will get a huge discount in the second year fees. IMT provides us accommodation facility also in this fees so it's quite a nice thing for a student because he need not spend extra money for his accommodation, which helps him to take a fixed loan and become worry-free for living expenses of two years

There are so many clubs, academic forums, and clubs which organise events, there is a cultural committee which organizes something on every festival, apart from this other events are also take place. There are many events organized by the sports committee. We have our seperate grounds for sports. There is few academic events and concord a national level b school event which organizes around in January-February, every year. All the things are run by the students there are 6 academic forums and Ovia, Hypnotics, Rangmanch, Milestone, literati, Zimfonia, etc are the name of clubs, and committees

The rooms are quite good, spacious and big. And we don't need to. Pay or do. Something for getting rooms, we took. The admission and everything else is taken care of by the college. There is a mess where every day of the week you will get different food except chapatti, and rice, there are special days also where you get a great menu and every month the menu changes. The food is good and the quality of things is also great.

I took the Coaching for Cat exam so they took care of gd and pi process preparations as well, In PI they begin with general questions about myself then they go by my resume and what I was speaking then they ask for academics and general awareness questions, etc.
