College with plethora of opportunities and Holistic learning experience

Good aspects: 1. Professors are well experienced. They will not spoon-feed you. Instead, they will push your thought process to think like a business manager. 2. Library is one of the best places you spend your time at. Book collection is huge. 3. Infrastructure is very good. Well lit and air-conditioned halls, clean and well maintained 4. Supportive administration 5. Fest and cultural activities will not remind you of your home. So no HomeSickness 6. Everything is managed by students giving you a holistic experience of general management Bad Aspects: 1. It gets hot in summer. though hostels have a fan but no AC rooms available. 2. It's a little bit far from the city though we have cab services managed by the student committees 3. Food is fine. Manageable. The admission process was very simple: shortlisted on basis of merit, one interview with professor and alumni and that's it.

I'm inclined towards marketing an IMT Nagpur's professors were industry veterans. 1:12 is the ratio of faculty: student. Most of the faculty were doctorate in their field/area of expertise. The teaching method was very engaging- case studies, role-plays, academic games Term exams differed from subjects to subjects but a well-written answer with specific examples and reference were rewarded good marks.

I opted out of the internship process as I had an offer already in a consulting firm. my classmates got offers from companies like carwale, crisil, DDB Mudra, Oligivy, Amul, haldiram, Bata India. etc the highest stipend offered was 50,000 per month from a Mumbai-based consulting firm.

from the 3rd semester onwards, the Placement process starts in August. Companies like Deloitte, Colgate, Hexaware, Xiaomi, HDFC, ICICI, Crisil, TCS, and many many more. The highest package went somewhere around 12-14 LPA whereas the Average is around 7-8 LPA 95+ students placed. I got placed in Deloitte and will work in consulting domain.

There is plenty of scholarship and financial assistance. Internship and job opportunities are plenty. With the Startup internship fair, we got to interact with various early startups in the domain of tech, marketing, retail, and more. Job offers and interviews are available in huge numbers.

Milestone 35, Milestone 34, Alumni's fest, Club organizes fest and events too. You will find 2-3 events every month. The library is well stocked. you will never go empty-handed AC, Chairs, Lights are good. No problem with classrooms 2-3 events in sports and one team bonding events at the start of your academic year 7 main committees, 15-20 clubs, and other committees
