Remarks

Good Placements. The infrastructure is good. The Admission process includes personal interview and Group discussion. A group task is given which the students need to perform in group. Good faculties. I had referred shiksha.com.

Course Curriculum Overview

I needed admission in PGDM Core which I got so I had chosen this course. The faculty-to-student ratio is 15:1. The faculties are highly qualified. The term exams are after every three months. The term exams are moderate and it is easy to pass.

Class Size: 206Course Fees: INR 600000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There were various companies that offered internships in various domains. For finance CRISIL had came for Summer Internships. There were various startups that came in Voyage which gave summer internships.

Placement Experience

After 4th semester sem students become eligible for placements. There were various companies that visited. The percentage of placement is 100%. The highest package last year was 16 lakhs. The companies from various domains had came for placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

Students have to pay fees every 3 months which Is good. If student gets above 90 percentile in CAT then he is awarded scholarship. The fee for scholarship students is 5 lakhs. The college has tie-ups with various banks which help the students.

Campus Life

There are various events in college like Milestone 35 and Milange. The LRC is really helpful. The classrooms have all the amenities like projectors and white boards. All varieties of grounds are there in campus.

Interview Experience

There was a group task given and we have to create an overview plan of a takeaway hotel. The interview question was mostly related to my job experience. I had joined TIME coaching for the preparation of CAT and other exams.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.

IMT Nagpur- Thriving in a Student-Run Environment

Eligibility for this course is an undergraduate degree. Additionally one has to appear for an entrance exam like Cat, Xat or Cmat. For cat and xat a safe percentile is above 80 to get an interview call. For cmat one can target above 95 percentile. The application form is available online and one can apply either for all campuses of IMT through common application form or just IMT Nagpur. The form fee is around ?1000 to ?2000. The form is opened before cat exam and generally also re-opened before or after cat / xat results. One can expect form to reopen before CMAT exam as well. The admission process was smooth as it was online when i appeared for it. There was an essay test, a Statement of purpose and a personal interview with 2 panelists. The difficulty level can be increased for the interview. Otherwise they also conduct offline interviews now in various cities so there should not be a problem.
