Entrance Preview

I have been chosen by such course when it comes into my mind that what should i do after 12th , i got the idea to be a graduate and have some earnings on the basis of the degree and soon enrolled for B.com from SOL. I scored 52% average in this three year course and thus secures second position in the course.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is generally focusses to give a primary level education on specified field like accountancy and taxation, finance and accounts. Every year subjects gonna change to give us perview over different scenerio of Market and economy.

Internships Opportunities

No our college is not duty bound to give internship under our course however it gives an opportunity to Regular employees who have opted for the same and colleges of Du gives then internship through placement.

Placement Experience

Not get any Job yet as i am doing another course which significantly enhance my curriculum vitae for the Jobs and job opportunities too. Though i am feel proud that i have a degree form such a great and wonderful,famous university.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for the under graduate course at School of Open Learning (SOL) is different for various categories of students: category A (Indian Students) - B.Com Rs.3, 530,

Campus Life

Campus life, gender ratio and diversity. However about extracurricular, labs, sports, competitions such as debates on social problems like dowry, prostitution etc were carried by colleges.

Exam Structure

Exams are held at end of every term and students are advised to enrolled themselves for such exam.Exam centres are decided by the college and reputed colleges are preferred for such exam centres. Strict checking over students were conducted to check that no leniency were provided to the students.

Faculty

Faculties are quite experienced and have good communation skills, apart from this carries great knowledge on their subjects having degrees of PH.D and M.Phil from recognised collages and institutions.every year five or six subjects related to our course have come in force and faculties based on those topics came and teach us

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
