SIP with Fyndhere

IMT Nagpur had a very smooth admission process, my interview happened online. There were 3 faculties in my panel one from Marketing and two from finance. Since it was an online process and the online interviews happened for the first time in 2020 so there was no GD. The interview started with faculties making me comfortable and then then they asked me questions related to my resume and the field I was to pursue in the future. It was a good 30-35 mins interview. I preferred IMT Nagpur over other colleges because I liked their webinar sessions and their student-driven venture. I compared IMT Nagpur on all portals be it be MBA Universe, Inside IIM, Shikha, CollegeDuniya nad some youtube videos

I attended two terms online and we are aware that faculties are usually not very tech-savvy yet they did a commendable job in teaching us online. They were very supportive and understanding. They took extra classes to help students in their doubts and clearing their concepts. 85% of the faculties are Ph.D. Holders from esteemed universities. There are $7 in-house faculties and 25+ visiting faculty. Almost every faculty have more than 25 years of industry experience. We had midterms and end-terms and they were conducted on wheebox, we were proctored there that is our screen was visible to faculty and we had our camera on. The difficulty level of exams was moderate to difficult depending upon the preparations.

I am interning with Fyndhere Pvt Service Ltd as Digital Marketing Intern. All the students placed here are getting a lot of experience and we have creative freedom here, we only come up with strategies and implement it and optimize it as and when required. We learned social media marketing, the creation of WordPress for websites, and many other things here.

Summer Internship Process starts in October whereas Placement Season starts towards the end of September. More than 90 recruiters visited campus this year companies include Bain & Company, CRISIL, Deloitte, BYJUS, Cars24, TATA AIG, KPMG, Wipro Berger paints, Tech Mahindra, and many more. The average Package for placements is 7.94 LPA and Highest package is 16LPA. The Average stipend is 10000 and every year all the students get SIPs.

There are three types of scholarships - Special Scholarships for candidates having more than 90% in CAT - Merit Based which can be availed after 1st year - 95% fee waiver for EWS The fee structure is almost the same as last year there has been a hike of only 2000 as far as I am aware. This year fee is 1212000

IMT is in the outskirts of Nagpur that makes its college life all the way more amusing. The view of sunset and sunrise is to die for. The college has many intercollege competitors like CONCORD themed on academics, PANTHEON themed on the entrepreneurial mindset and Mileston 35 is annual fest. The college has dynamic culture in terms of sports there is Badminton, Basketball, Lawn Tennis, Football, Throwball, Volleyball, Cricket, Table Tennis, and many indoor games as well. There are more than 15 sports facilities both outdoor and indoor included. 35+ Student-driven forums.

Facilities provided in Hostel - 1 table and chair, 1 cupboard, and 1 bed without the bedding and common washrooms. Washrooms and Hostel were clean and hygenic. Students need to get their own curtains. Food is a mess is not very bad it is more on the average side. There are certain dishes which taste extremely well like dosa, idli, vada, biryani, etc. Hostel and mess fee is included in the admission fee only which is 1212000.

I am a student of the 2020-2022 batch. I gave an online interview and this concept was new then. I only had PI. I revised all the marketing concepts for the same and read the newspaper to stay up to date with the current affairs.
