The Honest Experience

The student-driven campus, well-experienced faculty, renowned brand name, good ROI, good placements and beautiful eco-friendly campus were some of the reasons that led me to apply to this Institute. The admission process is PI and a group exercise. The group exercise is conducted to judge how one works in a group. The admission team is also handled by the students and those give the best advice and current honest review of the institute. One can contact through LinkedIn or during the admission process.

The cased based approach really helps the students to understand the current market scenario and how to apply strategies in difficult situations. Every faculty is PhD and have good experience in teaching. They reside on the campus and enjoy teaching and clear the doubts till 10 pm. It's a trimester pattern and the difficulty level is moderate as the institute promotes learning more than books. They promote practical knowledge.

The internship is mostly recommended for start ups here in the institute. However, companies like JIO Studios, Alchemist, CRISIL, Bata and many more visit every year. Profiles offered are the best one can get. Stipend for good companies is low and vice versa.

There are many consultancy companies that visit the campus for placements. Last year it was more for Ed Tech considering the covid 19 scenarios. Finance and marketing companies visit the most. HR jobs are the best one can get from this campus as well. A decent range of package of 7.7 lakhs to 8.5 lakhs can be expected.

12 lakhs to 14 lakhs is the program fee for 2 years. Everything is included in the fee. There are scholarships as well, based on the type of student. One can refer to the website. Getting Job is easy, the placement scenario has been improved considerably in the last 2 years.

Campus life is the best one can get here at IMT Nagpur. Despite being away from the city it was the best experience. The student driven clubs, committees and forums conduct academic and non academic events every week. One can never get bored in this campus. I personally love sports and club events.

The hostel fee is included in the fee. Meals are also included in the fee. 4 times meals are provided. Laundry, Books, Cleaning service, Bus transport, everything is included in the fee. There are 3 other paid canteens, from which 2 of them are handled by the student ventures.

It is a group exercise. The topics were to conduct a marketing campaign, discuss the financial challenges, initiate a start-up with a given idea. PI is purely based on resume and why one needs to build a future in Management. They might ask about the industry or education one did in the past.
