Remarks

As per my personal experience imt Nagpur is a very good college for posses higher education in the management sector .the campus is very vast and has a good environment for proper learning and it has a vast pro sports campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty is very good they provide proper guidance to all the students .in imt Nagpur Teachers try to increase the efficiency of all student so that they can achieve good carrier in the management field. The method of teaching in imt Nagpur is very good.

Course Fees: INR 605000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are so many companies that came to our campus for the summer internship program. A few of the companies provided the stipend .because of the covid most of the internship is work from home .the role is of sales ,marketing, intern ,business marketing many more like that in their special domain.

Placement Experience

Imt Nagpur is the best institute in the town for providing excellent as well as campus selection. About 90+ companies visited the college to recruit the students .some top mnc are coming sbi, oyo, bata ,Aditya birla etc .imt Nagpur students received an average package of 7.94L.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are not too high as they give us the facilitates of accommodation and food for free and they provide many scholarships which help students to study further without any financial loads if students perform well.

Campus Life

Many kinds of books are available in the library of imt Nagpur. It has a huge library and many types of books they offered students to study for exams and prepare for presentations etc. If we talk about extracurricular activities on campus there are a lot of activities like dance, sports, etc.

Interview Experience

When they take gd from students they create a group of students in one group 6 students is included. They gave a topic to one group and we have talked about that topic. My topic is GST (Goods and services tax). I prepared for these rounds in my Gd classes.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. IMT Nagpur- Thriving in a Student-Run Environment

Eligibility for this course is an undergraduate degree. Additionally one has to appear for an entrance exam like Cat, Xat or Cmat. For cat and xat a safe percentile is above 80 to get an interview call. For cmat one can target above 95 percentile. The application form is available online and one can apply either for all campuses of IMT through common application form or just IMT Nagpur. The form fee is around ?1000 to ?2000. The form is opened before cat exam and generally also re-opened before or after cat / xat results. One can expect form to reopen before CMAT exam as well. The admission process was smooth as it was online when i appeared for it. There was an essay test, a Statement of purpose and a personal interview with 2 panelists. The difficulty level can be increased for the interview. Otherwise they also conduct offline interviews now in various cities so there should not be a problem.
