Techno Main Campus is the best for your college life

Techno India main campus has a good environment for students for both academically and for entertainment purpose, the surrounding is very clean and well maintained. There is no type of ragging that is the positive point. People are friendly and huge place to hang out. Travelling is best and cheap from any place from Kolkata or out of Kolkata, within West Bengal . There is no entrance exam just need to have more than 60% overall marks. The classrooms are nice and spacious and students would love to attend classes. Now if you say negative points then I would say the college is under construction, some places are still under construction which I see as a negative point, other ways there are no flaws in the college. The college has huge parking lot if students come to college by car or bikes. Admission goes on the mid of the year before August.

Techno is under the board WBUT which is easy if students at least study for before one month of every semester. The exams will be all over the semester. This is bit irritating but the board has its rules. Internals are bit irritating which will go one after the other in short span of time. I chose BBA because I had commercial background and BBA was a good option for me as it educates about business and commerce and how to implement it in real business management . The faculty members are very good and they try to be friends with the students, they are available all the time whenever you need them. They are very helpful in the times of exam, semester exams. The faculty members are very cool and supportive all the times. Most of the faculty members are qualified in their subjects minimum till masters and then PhD. and other degrees. The teachers maintain a good relationship and teach well. The student faculty ratio is 60:1 per class.

From the end of 4th semester students are eligible for placements. You will start getting mails from the placement cell of the college. The college will guide the students well and help to get the job and prosper. Many companies like cognizant, amazon, Godrej, Deltax, flipkart, Microsoft, TCS, etc companies have come while I am in the college. The offers made were less but the frequency of visiting us very high. Each company visits more than 2 to 3 times. The highest package I got or I know is 9 LPA. Most of the students get placed only after this bachelor degree of BBA. And others want to go for masters, so many are not taking the placements. Till now 50% of the students have been placed and more are going on. My plans are to study more MBA or masters in some other degrees.

I am still studying and the campus placement are going on now due to coronavirus the companies are less then other years. The fees increases every year and the cost I bear is 41800 every semester. There are many companies that are still coming and I am sure I'm gonna get a job right on campus. The campus placement is going online, which is bit hard than other years but still students are getting hired. Highest a fresher is getting is 9LPA.

This college is full of fest, every month there is a fest and each has its own type of fun. There is tech fest which called the edge, this one is the most exciting and fun for students gaming and concert is all its about. The largest fest of the college is ANAKRONOS which is held on the rajarhat Mela ground. This one is fun too. Every stream has its own fest here. We business administration students have Uniex which is really fun. There are many other fest. The library is very fell furnished and all books are available and you can borrow with the help of library card which the college will issue for you. The classroom is pretty basic but the sitting way and the environment is very good. There are huge number of clubs that students can join like for fashion, sports, computer gaming, then management, fest clubs who manage events, college club, etc.
