AIEEE entrance exam AIR around 98000. Opted for this college as it was in Delhi NCR region where my brother was working.

Course curriculum was very poor as nothing which is being taught can be directly applied in the field and there were hardly 2-3 teachers with any previous job experience. Most of the teachers are recent students of either same college or some other college without any actual field expertise. Absolutely no focus on research.

No. The internships have to be arranged by the students themselves. The college is hardly able to provide placements in the campus, let alone internships.

There were no campus placements for CSE and ECE branches. In 2011 these students went for only two companies Cognizant and Infosys that too in pool campus at other colleges. Packages ranged from 2.5-3 LPA. Mechanical branch had some local companies coming for on campus placements and one odd company for pharmacy too.

Just fresher party and yearly fest. Event were satisfactory and big enough with bands like astitva and kumar visvas performing too. Participation form other colleges was there but only people from nearby colleges us used to come.

Fee structure was same as that of all other colleges in MDU rohtak and was quite feasible. It was around 60000 yearly and 40000 for the hostel if I remember correctly.

Not that I am very sure of but I think the topper of the year in every batch used to get 6000/-. Rest I don't think there was any other scholarship from college administration. Loan facility can be easily availed from banks and all but was not facilitated by the college.

Campus life is good and if you are in a good friend circle then you will sail through. Around 1/6th of the students were girls and mostly were from local and nearby places of ballabhgarh, palwal and Faridabad.

Hostels were good and food quality was average and dependent on the day of the week. Average rentals were around 40000 per year. Rooms were shared by three students till 2nd year and by 2 person from third year onwards.

Seniors and few of the teachers were really helpful and they made us realise that campus placements are going to be almost negligible and they guided and encouraged juniors to start preparing from third year onwards for pool campus selections.

Semester exams are twice in a year. Class exams are every other month which were mandatory. Labs before semester exams. At beginning of the semester you will have time for yourself and even during semester exams there is good 3-4 days gap between two papers.

Most of them were students with no previous job experience in the field. Thus they were just any another person who has read the textbooks and now is teaching you. But whatever they taught was explained quite well and they were good at teaching whatever is written in textbooks.
