Remarks
Good faculty, good campus, average placements according to the fees. The admission process was very smooth. The main advantage is the brand name of IMT. It is a student run campus so you get overall development.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is more known for marketing. The faculty is good and almost all of them have a doctorate. Finance is what I had pursued in my undergrad as well and for my future goals, it is the best suited. There are trimesters so exams take place six times- mid trimester exam and end trimester exam.
Internships Opportunities
Mostly start ups come for internship with a sales based profile offering negligible stipend. There are also few good companies that come with good roles and stipend. Companies like Jio creative labs, PayU, Dalmia, fidelity investments also come for internship.
Placement Experience
The placements are fine, average package offered is about 7.3L. Many good companies come to the campus with good profiles. Almost all the students get placed, barring a few who want to start on their own.
Fees and Financial Aid
Due to the pandemic, our fee was reduces which was correct nd considerate. The scholarship opportunities are also pretty decent. You get financial aids from bank without much difficulty. The SIP scenario is fine.
Campus Life
Activities take place all the year round due to numerous committees, clubs and forums. The cultural fest Milestone 35 usually takes place in December. The campus is huge so has many amenities for sport activities.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel rooms are clean and decent. There are no ACs though. The mess is also run by the students so the food is good . Apart from the mess, there is also another canteen run by the students as well.
Interview Experience
We had a group activity followed by a PI. The process is very simple and easy. There is not much hassle. 10TH,12TH and graduation marks are also considered. General awareness is also tested. Be confident and be thorough with academics.
