Remarks

The college has a good faculty of teachers. Also the infrastructure is verry good. The admission for the first year starts from June. But the college doesn't consist a canteen. I choose this college because it's the best college for 80%-90% students in South Bombay.

Course Curriculum Overview

As I am appearing for Chartered accountant course b.com is the best course to do along with it. Also the faculty of the college was the reason behind it.The teaching methods are a bit old school but very effective for the students. The exams are taken twice a curriculum year as it is mandatory by the mumbai University. The exams are a bit difficult. You have to study well to pass the exams.

There is no campus placement offered by the college. But the students can do masters in the degree. The average package a student can get without masters is about 20000 per month and with masters is around 30000 per month.

College Events

The annual fest of the college is called pannah and it is conducted in the month of August and September. Different types of commerce journals and commerce related books are available in the library. The classes have quite good benches and blackboard and some of them are air conditioned. The college has a gymkhana equipped with different sports items. Also ground related sports are available like cricket football etc. There is a instagram and Facebook page of the college run by the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is increased every year by 5-10%. The cost of study is 20000. There are various scholarships provided by the college. There are no campus jobs provided. So it's very difficult to find the jobs.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. KPB Hinduja College is of highest order!

For BMS CET is mandatory and a good piece of scores are required. No one can be in real trouble here once the scores are as per the required cut-offs. Around 240 seats are there in BMS but Hinduja being the top 10 ranked college, students have to be in top 2000 rankers to get admission in BMS here....Read More

I had confirmed admission from HR and Jai Hind but Hinduja being a part of Hinduja Trust, I had more faith in them. So as i want to do BCA and mumbai university not provide this course so i did BCA from ymcou so basically i had not much options in colleges. Any students are englible, who have percentage of 65 and above, 12th marksheet 10th marksheet,leaving certificate, gap certificate(if any).
