This is a National Institute of Technology and 40 Years old Institute. Course Curriculum Overview
Course Curriculum is a bit older one like in all Central Government Institutes including IITs also. Academics are nice and professors are highly experienced with sufficient Lab facilities, you will get all hands on training.

The Internship opportunities are also provided by the training and placement cell and similar to placement process, internships are awarded and can also be converted to PPO then after depending on your performance there. Placement Experience
After 3rd year completion, the placement cell invited the companies right from day 1, of the next semester, the placement starts and almost each and every branch except civil engineering have very decent placements. Reliance, L&T, Accenture, Infosys, Cairn India, etc. companies took more than 10 students
College Events
If I share my personal experience I am very much nostalgic about each and every moments I spent there. It is located in the area which is heart of the city and very lively area. There are lot of clubs like robotics, drama, art, music, etc. Libraries, Gym, Hostesl, Indoor sports, Outdoor sports so many things will help you keep engaged throughout the day.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee Structure is Semester Wise and there is Central Government assistance for Scheduled Cast and Tribe Students, no separate assistance from College. Campus Jobs are very much decent enough as all the eligible students got placed in a reputed organizations.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility are decent with twin sharing in the first and second year and then single room then onwards. Decent Food quality controlled by Student Hostel Council headed by Chief wardens. Overall Hostel Experience is very nice
Admission
No there was No interview during admissions. It was purely merit based on JEE Mains Score and the State Board Score normalized by the JOSAA and then on the basis of all India Rank, the admission is given on the choice filling done by you.
