College Ranks among top colleges in India, Infrastructure is very nice, Located on a very prime location, placemen records were fantastic, Faculties profile were impressive, International exposure, Interaction with international facilities gave a very good overview of the foreign markets.

Internships Opportunities

KPMG, stipend paid was 7000 pm, Along with KPMG, IBM, Nestle, Land Rover, JP morgan, Deloitte, DSP Blackrock, ICICI bank, Bank of Baroda, Fortune Groups, DS groups visited the campus and offered jobs to students.

Placement Experience

More than 500 MNC's visited, job offered to all the students of last batch. Minimum package 5lacs and max upto 20 lacs. Many students got preplacement opportunities and many others ended up having multiple job opportunities.

College Events

Attended online sessions,didn't get a chance to study in campus till now but took feedback from ex students who gave very good feedback about the campus life. College organizes a lot of events and students are also involved in various activities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Availed Scholarship of Rs 50000 from the college, College assisted with the necessary documents required for the Bank loan, I applied for a loan which got approved and paid the fee through the loan. Scholarship supported me financially.

Hostel Facilities

Didn't choose hostel, But heard that the facilities are good, students are given twin sharing accomodation with air conditioner. 4 times meals are offered everyday and laundry facilities are also available.

Admission

Yes, Applied with my MAT score, college took my PI which was taken by a panel of experts, also appreared in the group discussion, i was fortunate enough to get selected for admissions in the institute.

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. We have studied many areas of literature within the course offered- ROMANTIC LITERATURE, EUROPEAN LITERATURE, INDIAN LITERATURE, AMERICAN LITERATURE, DALIT LITERATURE AND EVEN REGIONAL LITERATURE TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH. The teachers also continuously conduct tests and examinations for improving the academics of the students

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

Positive Remarks - The college provide all the facilities and the hope of good Placement as well as best learning.
