Remarks

It is autonomous so 75% attendance is neccesary and it's a good part. I don't think there is any bad thing. We all have our regular classes. The classes is on time and availablity of faculity is also good. They are doing there job nicely and we have separate person to know about any kind of issue so that we are not concerned to teachers any more. Proff. Of my College is so encouraging.They always support us to enhance our skills.

There are already so many subjects that we need to cover in all 1 to 6th semester. So its dine nd no need to include more subjects. We have to cover 26 subjects including computer accounting which is the beat part of our college.

Only one in the whole session that is for ccl ranchi. And my experience while doing that job is completely awesome. I had enjoy my each time while doing internship.

It's too bad college must do something to enhance campuses placement.There are so many young talent we have in our students and we need a stage to proff it.And for that company palacment is needed and college should do something to attract company to come in there campus to select some young talent.

College Events

It's completely awesome.The infrastructure of our college is so good. We have 4 canteens in our campus which is good. We have a playground to play sometime. We have good class room to study which is very airy and clean. We have projector for study.Overall we had a good experience.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Add more campuses selection will be more appreciated.Actually there is no longer available of any kind of selection for everyone.Since there is no longer company come to elect students. We need more companies to come in our college to actually interactions with them. We have lost of good talent we justbneed stage.

Admission

Yes,There is all good no need to add any kind of experiment.We have to prepare for entrance test taken by college, And it is very good step to identify such kind of talented students.

The course curriculum of guru nanak College dhanbad is quite good and revelant as per the university pattern .it covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps in understanding the subject deeply .the syallabus is updated time to time according to latest trends, which makes it useful for higher studies and competitive exam also. The subject are arranged in a proper way semester wise so students don't feel much pressure .exam are held regularly,mostly at the end of each semester and internal tests are also taken for practice.the difficult level of exams is moderate,not very hard if you study regularly

Placement Experience:

Students from semester 3 are eligible to sit for campus placement. There are even some companies which ask for fresher where student of any semester can apply. The specialised course like CA CS MBA has more placement opportunities. Many companies visits like GARNIER, TCS, GOVERMENT COMPANY _JHALSA. recently around 20 Students are selected in TCS with pacakage of INR 3Lakhs . There is no percentage requirements. Every particular can sit for campus placements. It depends on their skill and ability to impress the interviewers so that they can be placed. Basically there is Group discussion(GD) round and personal interview (PI)round which after qualifying one can get placed in the companies.

A Modest College Life , Learning & Limitations

Placement Experience:

This College provides campus placement, but only a few companies come, only 2 or 3. From the 5th or 6th semester, students are eligible for the campus placement. The average package of my college is 3.57 LPA & the highest is 7 LPA. My plan is to appear for banking after completion of my degree.

I choose St. Xavier's College college over any other college because of it's name (brand) plus it does regular classes and completes it's syllabus on time compared to other colleges who doesn't provide regular classes and never completes their syllabus never on time is a different matter but the whole syllabus never gets covered and most of it is left out. I am comparing it to the Ranchi College, ranchi which is under Ranchi University name as it never does regular classes and never completes it syllabus, it has no proper faculties for each subject, don't do any other extra curriculum activities hardly ever does any practical classes plus there is no internship opportunities....Read More

The best collage in ranchi

I had applied for the Doctor Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University Ranchi. And i got selected there also but i found st xavier's college ranchi is better then that college as this is autonomous applied new education policy of fourth year graduation. I didn't get rejection as i had filled only this two college in ranchi for bachelor's degree.
