Good Aspects- The university has good placement record, beautiful campus, social clubs, techfest and mainly i got my favorite stream.Bad Aspects- Not Good Faculty, Outdated curriculum, Bad Lab Infrastructure. Admission Process- You need to apply for counselling before 10 June and counselling will be conducted after 10- 15 days and the course will start by 15 July. I used Quora for getting my doubts cleared and thats why I applied for this university

I was very fond of Electronics Gadget and how our TVs, Phones work, So, I opted this course.Curriculum- It was quite outdated when I started the course but after 1 year, the university started updated the course content and they have done a good job till now. Faculty- Some of the professors are really good and some of them do not know even the basics, So, the faculty is below average. Students in our batch was 120 and most of professors are M.Tech in specific field and some are PHD ones. There are three Exams, M1, M2 and Final Exams. the exams are bit theoretical and are direct questions. So, it is very easy to pass.

Companies for Internship- Nagaroo (Software Trainee at 15k Stipned), XenonStacks(System Analyst at 12k stipned, Amritsar Digital Academy (Digital Marketing Intern at 5k stipend), TCS(Digital Intitative at 15k stipend), ChicMic(Salesforce Trainee at 10k stiped)I got selected in Amritsar Digital Academy for the 6 months internship at a monthly stipend of 5,000. The average stipend is 8,000-10,000. In Amritsar Digital Marketing i worked on Content marketing, Website Designing(Frontend and Backend) and learnt Social Media Advertisement.

in our university mainly, Campus Placements starts at 7th Semester, so eligibilty is that you are in 7th sem. Companies Visited- Tata Consultancy Services(113 at package 3.36-7 LPA), Capgemini(119 at 3.80), Nagarro(09 at package 4-5 LPA), Sap Labs(3 at Stipend 25,000 + M.Tech From BITS PIlani), KPMG ( 12 at package 5.5LPA), Infogain(27 at 3.50 LPA), Xenon Stack( 8 at 4.50 LPA), Jaro Education( 5 at 5.64-12 LPA), Khanna Paper Mills( 5 at 4LPA). I was selected in TCS and Sap Labs, So, after degree I have joined Sap Labs and willl be working as Software Developer there.

The annual fest is called Youth Fest and there are various tech fests conducted by various department, ECE department conducts tech fest named Tachyon, CSE department conducts Polaris and MBA department conducts Exordium. There are many clubs like dancing, Go Green Club, Musical Band. the books are available in Library and the library is very big. There are many sports event that happen in university. Our University is the best university in sports.

The fees structure is quite good, the fees for the odd sem is 70,435 and for even it is around 46,000. There are various scholarships that are provides like for bright students, students with finanicial issues. I got two jobs that is in TCS at 3.36 LPA and In Sap Labs with 25,000 stipend.

In Hostel Room, you basically get two beds, one Almirah and one Study table. The rooms in the hostel are very small and not properly spaced. The meal is average not so good not so bad. In Morning, you will get Pranthas, Eggs and Milk and in Lunch you will get Rice with pulses and in night you will get mostly one vegetable and one sweet dish and milk.
