Remarks

Bharati College is a very great college. One can opt this college for its own specialization. 1. Infrastructure: Overall, the infrastructure is good and airy. The canteen offers a good menu of food, but sometimes it is average in taste. It has a well equipped library with a rich collection of many helpful books. Our college provides hostel facilities for students which is way good and safe. 2. Faculty: The best thing about this college is the faculty members. Professors are very helpful and friendly in nature. The teaching style of the faculty members is very unique and they provides lots of exposure to the students. They are polite to everyone. They also clear doubts of all at any time. 3. Other: Overall, the college is very good. But the placements are not good preferred over other colleges. The campus crowd is awesome. Surroundings are also very cool.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I have chosen Bcom (H) as my interest goes in this field. Subjects for SEMESTER-1: Business Laws, Financial Accounting, Micro-Economics, Environmental Science SEMESTER-2: Corporate Laws, Corporate Accounting, English, Macro-Economics Faculty Student Ratio is 55:2000. which think is good. The teachers are well qualified with the required knowledge i.e they had completed their PhD or are pursuing. They are really helpful and supportive. In this pandemic, we have our online classes, which is quite satisfactory. Teachers teach via sharing their screens with great content, cameras on. Although, we all have a very interactive session, but I guess we would have a better understanding in offline mode. Our 3 years of graduation is divided into 6 semesters. Exams are held every six months. Meanwhile, we are provided with assignments and projects. Internal exams are also held.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

Sometimes Our college also provides internship opportunities to the students. Many renowned companies visit the campus and they are still in process. Sometimes students find on their own for internship.

Placement Experience

3

As I mentioned earlier that our college has placement cell which our organised by our student council. It trained many students which enhance their skills and personality development. From my point of view, the placements of our college is good but not far better than other colleges. Many Companies come to our college and take the interviews. Most of them get selected either for job or for internship. All types of jobs are offered here. The highest salary offered is Rs. 50000 per month. The average salary is Rs. 15000 per month. IBM is a company that hire many students. College invites company like Genpact. We get to learn and earn many useful things in this college. Many Ngo's come to our college to hire students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of this college are just 10465 per year. As compared to other colleges in Delhi University, Bharati College offers low fees. One can definitely go for Bharati College if one is confused about the fee structure and cost of knowledge and study. It is a great advantage for all. Bharati College does provide scholarships to the students. Also, our college provides financial assistance to those students who cannot afford fees. They care about students' future more than money. Our college has a placement cell that trained students for their better courier. Many drives are also organized in our college. They also provide many helpful programme for students to help themselves. Even though I haven't participated in any job fair yet. But one must opt for it.

Campus Life

3.5

An annual fest named 'ABHIVYAKTI' is conducted with full enthusiasm and zeal and it is full of fun. It is organised by our student council and with the help of many volunteers. As our college does not offer science courses. so tech fest is not organised in our college. Our college has good infrastructure with all facilities. The best part of our college is the library where you can find interesting books. It has a good seating arrangement. It is well updated and decorum is maintained which provide a soothing atmosphere for all the students. It also has many inspirational books, journals, magazines with reference to the students' interest. It gives great exposure to the students. There are many sports activities and curricular activities available for students which can develop students' ability. Our college has many welfare clubs and societies as mentioned. Life at campus is fun for all.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...
