IMT NAGPUR AT A GLANCE

The college's faculty, curriculum, books are at par with any of the IIMs. College gives you all the possible opportunities to enhance and showcase your knowledge. I am very much satisfied with the college and all the opportunities that I got here.

The faculty-student ratio is 1:15. All the faculty is approachable and just a mail away. They are cordial, helpful, and motivated enough to teach us. Most of them PhD holders and have industrial experience, teaching experience, and have published various research papers and articles.

Most of the students begged for their internship from campus and few students got the internship from off-campus through their connections. I did my internship with ITC and I applied through my connection.

Placements are pretty decent this year despite being pandemic and lockdown . Students got various offers and almost 90 companies came on the campus for recruitment. 90 percent of the batch is already placed with an average CTC of 7.86 LPA.

The fee is 12,10,000 for two years residential PGDM Program. There is various scholarship, one is for merit based students i.e., 65% fees waiver. The other one is the Mahindranath scholarship which is given to the toppers of 1st year students in the 2nd year.

One can encounter numerous fests and other engagement activities on the campus. The whole year has a planned calendar for the same. Classrooms are fully functional and technically sound. We have all the basic amenities on the campus.

There are 4 hostel buildings on the campus, 2 each for boys and girls. The hostels are on the campus so there are no night rules. The mess of IMTN is one of the best, they offer food from all the demographics possible.

My group discussion happened in my city, Nagpur in the institute itself. I got an opportunity to see the beautiful campus too. The process was tiring and it took almost a whole day. There were many panels and student groups. I prepared fr the interviews from a local institute in my city.
