The review of SVIST

At first, I heard of this college from one of my friends. And after getting a little more knowledge of the college I decided to visit the college. When I visited the college the college was more than happy to give me admission based on my JEE Mains rank. My college has very well-developed labs along with very good teachers. I have to mention one thing specifically about my college. The teachers are very strict in terms of teaching... They know how to do their job. Especially during this pandemic when everything has gone virtual... My teachers are doing their job with extreme care. They give attention to every student present in the class. The lab is going on well even though we are unable to be physically present in the labs still our teachers are trying their level best to provide us the best Education they can.

From a very young age, I was into Electronics. So I opted for this course. When I first joined this college in pursuit of Electronics and Communication Engineering I was very happy. And after 2 years of study, I still love my subjects. All of this is possible because of my teachers who have not let my love for electronics go out even during this pandemic. They are very helpful and very good teachers I have to admit that. The faculty to students ratio is around 1:35. All our teachers are highly educated and know how to teach. That's the reason why I am still in love with electronics so much

Yes, my college has internship facilities. I heard our seniors are out for their internship training. But I myself have not seen any internship being provided to us by our college as our college days are over during the 1st year only due to this pandemic. I am doing an internship from Internshala which is provided to me by my college

From the 6th semester, the students are eligible to sit for the campus drives. A lot of very good companies visit my college for the campus drives like TCS Infosys Cognizant Tech Mahindra and many more. The highest package offered so far is 10 lakh per anum for a fresher in the job market. Which is quite an amazing thing and the average package is around 4 lakhs per annum. Which according to me is quite good. Almost every student gets placed in some company and the placement is around 90% which is also very good. I after completion of my degree want to get a job and be a little settled financially and then would go for higher studies

During my first year, my fees were on an average of 50k and from 2nd year onwards it became 40k on average. I get the SVMCM scholarship which indeed my college helped greeting it. The college has not hiked its fees though I have to be honest it has not reduced the fees also during this pandemic period. Which is a bit harsh according to me.

I only had the privilege of attending my college fest in the first year. The name of my college fest is Zonansa. It was organized by our college seniors. The fest was fun with a lot of enjoyment. Our classroom is full of fun and laughter. We enjoyed our college days very much. Even the teachers sometimes made us laugh. We had our annual sports event which included cricket football volleyball basketball and many other indoor games. We have our own social media pages which are run by our college students and teachers for various cultural activities.
