Remarks
I choose to attend this college because it is one of the best institutes in Kanpur and it was near to my house distance wise, being a housewife distance mattered to me. The admission process was easy you get selected on basis of merit and then called for document verification and fees submission. I referred to the college website before taking admission to this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose the bachelor of commerce over other courses because this subject is of my interest. Faculty to student ratio is like there are 7 subjects teacher for 2 classes of 60 students that make it a total of 120 students. Exams were held every year at the end of the year as per guidelines by CSJM University. The teaching method has not updated the teachers still teaches with the traditional method of board and chalk and the teaching style was not very good.
Placement Experience
College doesn't provide on campus placement after completion of the program students can either opt for higher studies or can join their business I myself joined my family business after completing my bachelor of commerce degree. My plan was the same from the starting, to join a family business after completion of the program.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees hike was there every year but it's not that much. Fees hike to 300-400 every year. Cost to study is in my opinion affordable as except college fees there were no other hidden fees or charges at the middle of the year or end of the year. There were no scholarships, financial assistance or job I got from college.
Campus Life
Life at the campus is good. Every year college annual fest used to hold in the month of August. Various journals like the International Journal of Business Analytics and Intelligence can be found in the college library. Basic amenities were present in classrooms. Various sports used to be held in college and students also participated in university championships.
