Remarks

It has got a great Campus life with all the necessary amenities as well as its sports facilities. On the academic level, the professors are some of the industry's best with vast experience in their fields. Affiliation with the CFA Institute and IIM brand also help a lot in career development.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty are some of the best in the industry. The course curriculum was recently realigned to make students more suited for real life industry needs. Subjects such as design thinking add the touch of modernity.

Course Fees: INR 750000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internships are compulsory and take place during the summers after the end of the first year. Multiple projects in fields of marketing, finance, operations and supply chain, human resources etc are provided by many companies. Other details of the internship can also be checked on the college website.

Placement Experience

The placement process is very rigorous and is a great learning experience. Many industry giants such as ICICI Bank, Deloitte, Yes bank, TATA, RBI, RBL, Airtel and many others come for placement. The median, as well as the average package, can be checked on the college website.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is high but when compared to other IIMs of the same stature, it is still very reasonable. In case you are financially unable, then there is also a provision for a loan made available by the college itself through its partnership with SBI. Merit cum need based scholarship is also available for a select number of students.

Campus Life

The campus life is what I like the most about it, with the campus being in the lap of the Himalayas. The festivals conducted are quite happening, at least that is what I have heard from the seniors and I am yet to experience them due to covid, unfortunately. All the sports facilities are available as well, and the campus is fully run by students which gives a lot of learning as well.

Interview Experience

The interview for CAP was tougher than expected. The writing ability test was taken instead of GD due to time constraints. The interview process was quite grilling with the main focus on my undergrads. There were other questions such as my thoughts about God and morality as well, the purpose of which is only known to them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was very good. The specialization which I chose was a very new concept and this university provides that particular specialization. The teaching methods were also very good with experienced teachers and weekly presentations also with different assignments.

Uttaranchal University is a gemstone!!

Placement Experience:

In digital marketing nearly 90% it the students are placed in top startup companies like the Boat, Minimalist and all who needs digital presence to sell their products. Jobs offered are of 50-80k a month and for MBA freshers this is a kind package.

Campus life

Placement Experience:

For masters student student from 3rd semester are eligible for the campus placement. For bachelor students from 6-7 semester students are eligible for the campus placement. Federal bank, taj hotel, Techmutant software solutions, cradlewise, patanjali, etc. many more companies are there which visit the campus. There is 60-70% criteria for students to get the placement as 60% are the eligibility criteria for many companies and some companies have 70% eligibility criteria for the placement. Our university has 85% placement in dehradun region as compared to other universities. My plans are taking a good job and work hard to become independent.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate is around 90%. Students become eligible for campus placements from the start of 3rd semester, although you can get in earlier through summer internship and ppos. Overall average package is around 8 lakh. Top 15% students get 14-17 lakh. Highest package for this year was 33 lakh. Many top companies like Amazon, Adani, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, Adobe, Microsoft, Infosys, BlueDart, Dell, Deloitte, Genpact and more come to the campus. I aim on getting into big 4 consulting firms.

i think from 3 rd semsester students are eligble for campus placements iam from 1 sem thats why i didnt eligble for that higest is like 20 lakhs and lowest is 3 lakhs per anam they show 90 percent but actually only 10 percent of students get placed i am planning to get a job ncr

Insights of the college through student eye

Placement Experience:

At the end of end semesters college started to get internship and their are a number of them of every type. Students should choose it of any kind. For placement companies started to come in collage in 3rd semesters and one should apply for placement. Till now many companies were there including 99acers, Arvind fasion, Wipro, Google and so on.

The IIM of the North

I found the admission process easier (Level Medium on Difficulty scale). The process started with the CAT application form, then the CAT exam, followed by a call letter for an Interview and then the selection email. No, specifically I haven't received any counselling related to IIM Kashipur or other IIM institutes. But the first advantage I saw was there were a lot of industries visit the IIM Kashipur campus.
